Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice touch was late hours for pool and spa (midnight). The spa was a perfect temperature and had jets that hit the spot. Breakfast was usual Hampton fare. They only had one attendant and he had trouble keeping up with the large crowd at breakfast. Lobby very inviting. They had a hot chocolate bar in the morning and early evening. We would return here.

We stayed here after a concert at Red Rocks Ampitheater. It was super convenient and close ! The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Also fully appreciate the water with fresh orange slices! What else could a soul need, I ask you? Highly recommend.

Pros and cons. Pros: The location is good for visiting family in the area, the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Cons: the $8.00 per day parking, makes no sense and it is nickel and diming customers. The majority of the parking is on the opposite side of the main entrance, the main lot is shared with the hotel next door and the location of this hotel is next to a Home Depot. Due to all of this, there is no reason for a parking fee. Check-in was less than welcoming, lukewarm at best. The shower is annoying, not enough space to place one's items. The cost for what you get is a bit ridiculous and I will look elsewhere next time.

We recently stayed at this hotel while on a holiday cross country trip. Importantly, our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It looked like there had been some recent renovations to the hotel. Overall, I had a great night of sleep. The breakfast in the morning had great variety--waffles, cereal, cheese omelettes, sausage, etc. That said, it was the little details that keep this from being a five star review. First, the customer service could have been better the evening we checked in. We had two couples with two rooms, each paying for our rooms. Somehow during the check in process, both rooms were charged to one card. Second, little details in the rooms needed attention. When we returned from dinner with leftovers, we discovered the refrigerator was not working. Similarly, we noticed some unevenness in the tile in the bathroom, and the handles on one of the ottomans were broken. Despite those two issues, we had a good stay at the hotel and I would stay here again.

The location to Red Rocks was great but we had to change rooms in the middle of getting ready for a concert due to… the sink backfilling with nasty water, the towel hook was just a screw in the wall and the phone didn’t work. If they require a $35 deposit for the room in case we mess something up, they need to make sure the room is in working order. The room we moved to was 2 queens instead of a king and was missing the drain plug in the sink. We were told we would get Hilton points but not how much. Was too expensive for just an average room.

People @ desk were very nice & helpful during our stay on August 1 & 2 of 2023. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. Problems occurred when it came to billing so I would advise Everyone to Scrutinize YOUR BILL prior to PAYING or letting Charges go through to Your Card. Upon looking @ what we were Charged there was a Charge of 250$ for Smoking in the Room. This DID NOT HAPPEN when there was NO evidence of smoking in the room the Manager Katie said the Charge was going to Remain on the Bill because We left Pet Poop & Pee on the Bathroom Floor. I assure You this was Not True. We’re responsible Pet Owners, We take our Dogs out on a regular basis & put XLarge Pet Training Pads down which they’re trained to use if needed between walks. ALL TRASH including Pet Pads were placed in a Trash Bag prior to our check out, Dirty Linens were placed in a pile in the Bathroom rather than all over the room. Sad to Say if they can’t Scam You for $250 for one thing they will try another. We’ve been trying to contact the Manager of the Hamden Inn regarding this Unexpected Charge since looking on line at what was changed to our American Express Card, finally today 8/8/23 KATIE the Manager called regarding this $250 charge. She was Rude, Condescending & pulled the Bait & Switch!

they remodeled. The hotel is top notch. Good location. Highly recommend. Close to many amenities. As you all know, weather in this part of country typically gorgeous so adds to the experience. For a hotel under $200, I recommend.

I stayed on a Sunday night in July. With all the add on fees/taxes, I paid $270.34. I was surprised that the front desk added on $8 for parking when this hotel is basically on the side of a mall area- not where parking is sparse. The room was of good size. When I entered, the A/C had been set very cold. The bed was big and comfy. There was a sofa and a table to eat on. There was a dresser with some metal shelves. There is an iron and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided. There was a refrigerator and microwave. There is a small indoor pool and tiny hot tub. The fitness center has cardio and weights, but it is also small. Breakfast was the normal fare- nothing noteworthy. I was able to DoorDash dinner. The WiFi worked well. The TV channel selection was great. Unfortunately, I could hear the people in the room above me walking around. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy when it switched to the cooling function during the night. I was woken up a few times as a result. The room did not have a makeup mirror. I didn’t see any urban trails or anything worth walking to nearby. $270 seems like a lot to pay for an average stay outside of town

This is one of the nicest Hamptons I've visited. The place was spacious and the room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Very comfy bed. Parking is in the back, so try and get a room adjacent to the back door. The elevator is just inside the back door. Also, pay attention to your map/GPS when driving in and out. Kind of tricky. The breakfast buffet was very nice.
