This could have been an expensive hotel based on the quality of care given the room. The owner was a very pleasant person. The room reflected the owners personality. It was well decorated and very comfortable. Even though they don't charge much for their rooms. I plan on staying there again the next time I am in grand junction colorado

We only stayed overnight but it was a great stopping place. It was ideally situated to get to Arches national park. The room was beautifully clean with the usual facilities including a fridge. Breakfast was fine and the reception and hospitality from the owners was excellent

This motel is just wonderful. We arrived early and were welcomed by the owner who was so friendly and offered good advice for our afternoon activities and evening dinner. The room was spotless and even smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding and a lot of pillows. We were able to park right outside our room...

People who want to run a 'mom and pop' motel can learn a great lesson from this place. The rooms are outfitted more like B&B rooms than a motel - lots of pillows, oversize towels in the bathroom, little decorative touches. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast isn't just stale pastries. We had hard boiled eggs,...

Stopped here for the night while on a road trip. Very clean, comfortable, and nice linens for such a cute little motel. We were the only ones here on a December night, it took a bit to warm up after we turned on the heat, (had a glass of wine!) and then slept through the quiet nite. Would stay again.

We spent the night and were very happy with the motel. Clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful continental breakfast and very friendly owners who know a lot about foraging mushrooms! The VA hospital is right across the street so it's very convenient for those of us who have to travel to receive medical attention. I will definitely be back. It's affordable, well...

What a cute little surprise for us. After a long day of traveling we came across this 1960s retro looking place, it was so cute. After reading reviews we decided to stay for the night. No disappointment here, we were taken to a clean updated room by a wonderful friendly woman with a foreign accent. We slept comfortable in our...

This motel is a fine example of the power of social media/crowd-sourcing to do good. I've lived in big cities (Chicago, for ex); so, I chuckled when I read a review about this motel being in a "bad part of town." This motel is not in a bad part of town so much as it's not on the main drag/touristy...

This is a great little motel. It might appear to be a lower-end place on the outside, but the rooms are well done, the owners have clearly put some money and care and time into it, perhaps with a woman's touch, and the price is right. Plus there's a nice breakfast area.

One takes a calculated risk reserving a budget motel, but our stay was well worth the value. We stayed for an overnight and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, the updated linens, comfortable beds, and cute bathroom with organic shampoo and conditioner (nice touch). A coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave are also in each room, along with...
