On the plus side, is clean and adequate, and well-maintained. On the negative, there is no extra flair, there is an early checkout, and at over $100/night, it is just an average quality for price ratio.

I found this place a little expensive. No breakfast. It is however a short walk from town. It was clean. Room was quiet. Wifi was OK. I would probably look for somewhere else to stay if I stayed again.
