We stayed in the cabin facing the River RV-1, it was very nice and the river scenery is beautiful. I ended up leaving my laptop there by accident. Carol called me, told me they found it and is shipping it to me - great customer service! We will stay there again !

2 couples in #6 which faced the river with a full balcony. Nice kitchen, not enough glassware. No paper towels provided, although this was disclosed in the reservation, it would have been nice to have it provided. Toilet seat and tile in bathroom were broken; not sure why the maid didn't report this. Beds ok. Lock a little sticky on...

We returned to The Rapids for dinner by the rushing river 18 years after our first romantic dinner there. We decided to stay at the Rapids Lodge for convenience and to enjoy the view of the river. We enjoyed our stay and found the cost reasonable, however the windows were sealed shut and there was no A/C so it got...

I have been going to Grand Lake yearly for over 30 years and always stop to eat in the restaurant. Great food and atmosphere on the river. This year in August, stayed 4 nights in one of the condo's. Condo was warm and homey. Had a spectacular time. I will be back again next year. This place is number 1...

We've been staying at The Rapids Lodge on our yearly trip to Grande Lake for a few years. We enjoy the ambiance and serenity of the river. We find the staff very friendly and accommodating and is one reason we keep coming back. They have a nice bar and restaurant. While we enjoyed a great lunch, our dinner of Rib...

We stayed two nights in a River View condo: bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room (with access to a patio by the Tonahutu Creek). The kitchen was very well equipped and overall the condo had everything for a comfortable stay. As other reviewers have noted it is a bit dated and...

We stayed in one of the Rapids Condos. Absolutely beautiful setting and so convenient. We felt away from it all, yet could walk to town for dinner, activities and shopping. Just a five minute drive to RMNP, loved it all! Highly recommend.

Our room was clean and spacious, but dated..no frills here. The big calling card is the river...right out the back door! This is a great base location to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park and the rest of Grand County.

We had the Tree House suite, which has two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, and a large and comfortable living and dining area. There is a view of the river from the dining area. There is a ceiling fan in one bedroom, and a plug-in portable fan in the other, and both were necessary, since the suite is on the third...
