This review is for the motel only. We have spent many summers in Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. Being from Florida it's our favorite place to escape the heat. Sometimes we go to Estes Park but it's become too commercial. For several years now Woodland Park has been our retreat of choice and we stayed there recently for a conference....

Staff is very friendly, campsite was clean upon arrival and the price is fair. Bathrooms were clean and only a short distance from the campsites. Although you can hear the highway traffic most campers were quiet and polite. Recreational center and park for kids to play and very close to a couple fun trail heads.

The campground is in a good location, and it does have a good view. It could be a decent place. The problem is some of the long term residents ruin it for the people on vacation. They appear to be annoyed that people are invading "their" space. They were not friendly and they complained about every little thing. I have...

We spent one week at Rocky Top Campground and have never felt less welcome by other "campers" than at this campground. The permanent residents are beyond rude to the vacationers, not to mention it seems their "quiet times" are during the day... Making the rest of us have to hear the cars coming and going all night long. The Rec...

The only think this campground has going for it is it's location! Do not bother trying to camp here. There are a bunch of full timers here who think they own the place and will treat you like you are invading their property. They are so rude it is crazy. I would think the owners would realize these people are...

Enjoyed our vacation there. Central to just about anything you may want to see in the area. Will most likely stay there again when in the area. They have hot showers, a rec room, also firewood and ice for sale.

Large room; frig and microwave. Neat and tidy with the exception of dirty coffee cup. Generally odd set up in rooms. No trash can or counter space in bathroom. Can hear traffic .Does have wi-fi. Overall, could use some up dating; relatively nice office staff. That is about it.

Attempted to tent camp at Rocky Top Campground, but was immediately turned away at the lack of space & grass. We could barely pull into our campsite because a dog was sitting in the way & it was a tight squeeze with other "campers" on both sides. If you want to get a feel for Colorado's beautiful landscape this is...

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend in the RV park. For the price, the park is not that bad. The problem we had is %90 of the people staying are permanent residents. They are old grumpy people that feel that it is "their park". They are rude and go out of their way to let you know that you are...

My daughter and I spent one night in a tent site. The people were wonderful and we felt so welcomed. There was a slight incident with noisy dogs, but it was quickly addressed and no more problems. Showers were clean and convenient. Views were beautiful. Great night.
