The rooms are very clean and user friendly. The decor is dated but well kept up. I really liked the outdoor/lodge theme!!! I was up for ice fishing at Lake Granby and this was the place to stay. Better pricing and WAY cleaner than places in Granby that I have stayed at. Not expensive and filled with yuppies like Winter...

I will stay at Ute Trail Motel again and again! My room was the perfect combination of great amenities and rustic appeal. I felt like I was in a cabin in the woods and still had amazing wifi connectivity so I could work while enjoying this winter wonderland. The separate kitchenette just behind the bedroom is where I spent most...

We were on a road trip and book this hotel at the last minute. Although we arrived late we were able to get our key and get a great night sleep. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff very helpful.

My husband and I stayed here in Dec 2015 to be close to 1) the local hot springs and 2) conduct some cross country Skiing. Upon our arrival, the Innkeeper - made it her first priority to get us checked-in early. She was very friendly and welcoming - with small town charm. The rooms are quite roomy - with a...

I used the Ute Trail Motel for a stay over while skiing Winter Park. It was last minute so it was hard to get a decent price room in WP or Fraser so I booked here. While certainly not an ideal place for a WP visit (about 25 miles north on US 40) it was an exceptionally comfortable room for...

We have stayed at this motel as least 4 times now and this time we were surprised with a big pot of chili with grated cheese and crackers, offered for free for dinner between 6-9pm for whoever would like some. Rather than going to the restaurant we had planned for dinner, we cancelled reservations to have a low key night...

Clean, comfortable, very affordable room that we used as a stopover before heading to Rocky Mtn. National Park. Owner was very pleasant. Fridge/micro came in handy since Hot Silver springs had no dining options open on a Monday evening. Agree with comments about motel being dated, but for an overnite it suited us fine.

After a day of traveling from Denver over the very busy Trail Ridge Road it felt so good to find the quiet peace of this little gem. Agreed, it looks a little outdated but the wifi is superb, the TV and the shower are great, the rooms are very clean but what impressed us most of all is the warm...

This is what I think of when traveling in the West. Rustic decor and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We had 2 rooms. living room area with a futon, and a small kitchen area and a separate bedroom. We do not like chain hotels, and this hotel is why. You can't beat the experience...
