Hyatt Place Keystone is in a great location to Keystone resort with amazing views and amenities. You can walk to a few restaurants, they have ski lockers, and the staff was wonderful. Would recommend.
Customer service should be number one priority. But not for them. Manager and a blond boy with long hair are terrible. They are not nice, they are insensitive and they make laugh of you if you don't talk english. Don't visit this place. Last option if you have little children.
It was perfect for what we wanted. Walked to lift the Peru lift, 3 hot tub options, clean and comfortable room with mini refrigerator. Nice breakfast to start the day. Beautiful views of the ski runs.
As a World of Hyatt Explorist this was the worst property we have ever stayed at. The list of issues is long: poor customer service, cold breakfast, no water, condensation all over the room, no access to hot tubs, the list goes on.
This place is walkable to Keystone and they are super staffed. They park your car for you when lot is full and really are helpful. Hot tubs don't open until 10 am, and they are a little small, but if you get there before everyone else they are nice too. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms are a little small, but clean.
Great stay. Great location and very nice and attentive staff. I will be staying there again. The only issue I had was the parking. If you get there late in the afternoon you will need to valet. Valet parking is not a bad thing just and inconvenient.
We would definitely recommend! Very accommodating in every aspect and we felt very comfortable and at home. We were checked in by Andy, Korbin and Brendan and they were very happy to help with all of our needs for our stay and guided us through other services on the outside of the hotel experience.
Staff were friendly, service was great, views from the hotel mountain side were amazing!! Our large group during our family vacation was very well taken care. All needs met. Clean establishment. Breakfast every morning was great!
This place used to be better. The quality is definitely on the decline. Beds are horrible and so was the breakfast. I have been to this place previously before COVID and was a satisfied customer. I think we will pass, staying at this facility when we visit Keystone next time.
I wish I have less than one rating to give them. Once of the worst experiences I have with Hayatt Keystone hotel. The manager "Mr. Brandon" was so rude and was not ready to even talk to us. Rather helping us our they played ping pong game between Hayatt Keystone and Corporate office without resolving the issue. Here are further details, we had few reservations and because of Arctic Blast catastrophic condition last week, approximately 17000 flights got cancelled in US. All the travel related business acknowledged and accepted this adverse situation except Hayatt. While everyone (flight, local taxi booking, parking at airport, snowmobile, ski resorts etc.) refunded the money but these guys simply refused to offer any kind of compensation (either refund or hotel credit or even change in reservation date). More over Brendon called me very next day to ensure we are not coming so that he can re-rent the room. 3rd day when I was talking to Hayatt corporate office, they mentioned that our rooms have been checked in and they can't do. How the heck Brandon and his team can check us in when our trip got cancelled and I confirmed to him that we have no way to make our trip. This was one of the worst experiences I had ever with Hayatt. Stay away from his hotel and Brandon's team.…
