The room was fine, but it wasn't what I booked. I searched through Kayak.com, which sent me to priceline.com; I picked the condo I wanted (Aspen Ridge Condominiums - a 5 minute walk from the meeting I was attending), which sent met to tripadvisor.com. I entered my info and payment there, and it was still Aspen Ridge Condominiums (I have screen shots and printouts), but it was actually booked through tingo.travel. The confirmation said "Mountain House Neighborhood by Keystone Resort", but the address was the same as Aspen Ridge Condominiums, and I'd seen several places in the area listed under more than one name. When I showed up, they told me that the two are not the same, that I was in Mountain House, and that Aspen Ridge was full. (The two condos are on opposite sides of US 6, but have the same address somehow.) So now I went from a 5 minute walk to a 10 minute drive - not useful during a 15-20 minute break. I called tingo.travel after I got back, and they blamed TripAdvisor, but there's apparently no way to contact TripAdvisor, so I'm out of luck. I could have booked a hotel down the hill, in Dillon, and been right next to restaurants, stores, FedEx Office, etc., and still been about a 10 minute drive away, for less than 2/3 the price of the condo. Not happy with priceline.com, TripAdvisor, or tingo.travel, but there's no one I can talk to about it. Since TripAdvisor keeps sending me e-mails to rate Aspen Ridge, I thought I'd try to warn others. (Mountain House was OK, by the way, but not great. Maybe better if you're skiing. Stay in Dillon, instead.)

So I booked on a last minute whim Sat Feb 4th through Keystone main reservation system. We received room 1605 in quicksilver it was great, patio lead you right to shuttle stop, store and parking if you have a car. Condo is spacious enough for 4 adults has everything you need and most importantly privacy. I traveled to Keystone in October and stayed at the Keystone Lodge was a great hotel but I would recommend Aspen Ridge over any hotel not at Mountain base especially if your coming for more them 2 nights. Yes the condos are dated but they are privately owned as we had a letter from the owners hanging on the wall. There is a closet for your board or skis full kitchen, bath tub and shower... The only downside for me was I requested a wood fire place and it was gas. From my time in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breck Keystone is more about family and a quite quaint mountain town that has just enough for you to do. These condos are great, just make sure your CME driver drops you off in the proper place or you could end up walking from door to door looking for your condo especially when most of the signs are covered in snow... Over all Great condo and Value for a 4 night 5 day stay.. As I write this it's snowing hard with 16 inches on the way... :) that will complete a wonderful stay.

I typically don't write reviews, however because of the great experience we had I must share a few details. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. There was such a variety of kitchen utensils I felt right at home when we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a gas station within walking distance in the event you need a few additional items -- it's like a mini grocery store (chicken, veggies, steak, eggs, etc). Additionally, the location is in close proximity to Breckenridge and Vail. We were even fortunate enough to take a quick ride to Denver and catch an NBA game! I'd totally love to revisit!

Really liked the spaciousness of our condo. It had a fireplace and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen appliances and cookware. Liked the furnishings and beds were comfortable. Appreciated the humidifiers for each bedroom. Liked the convenience of being right next to the convenient store / gas station. Also liked the quiet surroundings. We have stayed in the heart of River Run before, and although it was close to the slopes, it was extremely busy and noisy. Quicksilver was quiet and comfortable. We would surely recommend this property.

We just stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom condo, so didn't use the amenities, but the condo itself was HUGE! I think we must've been upgraded to the 2 bedroom loft (they didn't tell us) but it was on two floors, and it's basically like a house. Everything was clean, tons of storage (could bring supplies for a month!) and it was really quiet. It's nice that there's no one above you. The only negative was the carpet could use replacing, and could use better check-in instructions for late checkin. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in condo #1667. There was a previous poor review of this condo but we found it to be very pleasant, clean and comfortable. This is a 1 bedroom condo with a standard bed that can sleep two. There is a day-bed kind of sofa in the living room and a pull-out sofa. My kids slept in the daybed without problems. Plenty of pillows and blankets in the closet. The condo had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Only one bathroom and a shower (no tub- would have been nice to soak old joints after skiing). The condo was quiet, all amenities worked without a problem and the internet connection was good. The shuttle is just outside to take you to the Mountain House area of Keystone which was very convenient. The condo may be old but it is still very nice, comfortable and I would stay again with my children. Everything was convenient.

We stayed in this place in early January for a family skiing trip. We stayed in Beaver Creek and Breckenridge properties managed by Vail Resorts in the previous years, but chose Keystone as it more directly caters to small children. We were assigned a unit at Quicksilver condos (#1667). The outdated unit was subpar (not functioning lamps, extremely thin pillows, extremely noisy humidifier, water damage on the ceiling of bathroom) and but not uncomfortable enough to undermine our skiing until our last night. During our last night, one of the glass panels in front of the fireplace shattered (probably due to age, poor construction, or inadequate maintenance). Our two small children (3 and 6 years old) were sleeping on a chair converted into a bed just in front of the fireplace (no other place for them to sleep) and they could have hurt by flying glass pieces. In the morning, we called the guest services to report the incident. The person who responded thanked us for informing them. We checked out. Two days later, I received a call from an Assistant Manager (AM) inquiring about the incident. I explained what happened one more time. He said that sounded OK and would call me back tomorrow if the issue was not resolved. He did not call me. Three days later, I received an e-mail bill charging my credit card at the amount of $250. I was naturally furious as Keystone Resort tried to charge for lack of an incident it was responsible and jeopardized the health of my children. I called AM whose first reaction about the internal review I submitted. Apparently, he was upset with my review. In the hands of this person, a review that was supposed to help the Management to improve their services became a means to retaliate against its guests. So much for their commitment to guests! He tried to sooth me and told me that they would check their records to verify our call to guest services to report the incident. Yet they were also not competent enough not to find a record of our call and still claim to hold us liable for an incident jeopardizing the health of my children. What is even more insulting is that in addition to $250 AM mentioned, they also charged my credit card an additional $100 out of blue. Obviously, I am disputing these charges and widely reporting this blatant example of mismanagement and improper safety precautions. I travel frequently for both business and pleasure purposes in many different parts of the world. I have never encountered such an unprofessional, deceptive, and callous Management.

We reserved a one-bedroom condo for a four day stay. We were in Beaver Creek before this and reserved a one-bedroom condo for double the price. In terms of the condo, it is super comfortable and turned out to be a nice surprise. Though the bathrooms are not high-end, the room is spacious with a full kitchen, including nice extras like coffee, granola bars and fresh cookies at check-in. There is also a full dining room to eat meals in the room. Our room was not dated like the other reviewer stated. We stayed in condo 1629. It had free internet and a nice fireplace in the room as well. The living room was full of games and a nice TV while the bedroom had a nice king sized bed, large windows and nice furniture including a TV. We came with our daughter who slept on the sofa bed in the living room. There was an extra sink area in the bathroom for her to use when we were sleeping. I was not expecting much after having a few days in Beaver Creek with just my husband. But I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful condo. We also had a ski closet just outside the entry door to the condo, so our boots and equipment could stay warm. I would highly recommend this place for convenience and a great price, especially if you visit with family. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen and loved the decor in the room. I plan to stay here again when we ski Keystone. It is a wonderful place to stay at a great price!

I don't know if every room is different according to when an owner last made a change. We stayed in 2545. The room was dated, with an old gas fireplace oddly recessed under a low hanging wall. The electric stove top was not level. Other than that the room was pretty good. Bed was comfortable, decent flat screen TV.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Saints Johns Room 2545 one night on our way out to Beaver Creek. Although I wish we had stayed longer because it was much more spacious and inviting than where we ended up for the week. The room was well kept and the bed was very comfy. I loved that there was a full kitchen, even though we did not get to fully utilize it. It was not within walking distance to the slopes but just a short drive and Keystone has free parking so it was not a big deal at all. The view from our room was nice. I would recommend this condominium for sure. We enjoyed our stay.
