This over 100 year old former stagecoach stop is wonderful. In the shadow of Keystone on Montezuma Road where it is quiet and only a short shuttle transfer to the Keystone base. Nothing fancy but a first class place with one of the best restaurants anywhere and basic comfortable rooms. There is no TV anywhere and no phones in the...

I dined here with friends and it was absolutely fabulous! While the menu is small, everything is exceptionally prepared. The atmosphere is also great, like you've entered a lodge from many years ago. Several rooms have cozy fireplaces to enjoy nightcaps and dessert.

We loved our stay at this lodge. It is an older building, with the associated issues. However, it was comfortable. Due to an injury, we hung out in the public areas. A fire in a log building with a view of snow on trees and the ski slope made this all tolerable. The staff were wonderful about helping out, serving...

Our family and friends enjoyed a long weekend at Ski Tip culminating with a fabulous birthday dinner in the 'library'. Everyone was prepared for the rustic feel of the lodge but were very pleased with the comfortable beds, beautiful summer flowers planted all around, attentive staff and an incredible dinner meal. The staff was most accommodating - helping with suggestions...

The front desk lady named Linda needs to STAY at the front desk...And stay out of the rooms. And make sure the maid who cleans the room gets the tip personally. That's what we did....Keep an eye out...

We are spending 2nights here so we can go summer skiing at A-Basin. It is a delightful little place with a huge amount of ski history here. The hostesses have exceptionally helpful (we had issues with our cell phone that could've made this trip go sour but they saved the day for us!) and the breakfast was scrumptious. They have...

The service in the dining room and at the B&B was impeccable. We stayed in the Sunshine Room #7 on the second floor and enjoyed beautiful views from 2 windows and easy access. The bathroom is updated with a large bath tub. However, there is no TV or phone and if you are planning to stay here during ski season...

As another reviewer noted, this B&B is unique. It was built as a carriage stop in the late 1800s and then a private residence for the family that founded Arapahoe Basin and Keystone. Now it is available as a gorgeous bed and breakfast and first rate (and I mean absolutely exquisite) dinner restaurant. I have never stayed anywhere quite like...

Let me start by saying that I love the Ski Tip. My husband does not. This is a very unique, rustic property. That's exactly what I love about it. No TVs, you sit around a community lounge in the evenings, tiny rooms with drafty windows and antiques, a shortage of electrical outlets, creaky floors, funky hallways ... a real throwback...

We had a fabulous dinner last night, in this quaint B&B, our third time here and always perfect. Food is delectable and just the perfect size portions, ambiance is like nothing else close by, and the service is top notch! We'll be coming back for many years!
