The fact the power had gone out for at least 6 hours during a “1 hour rolling blackout” with no warning or notification of the power outage during 10° weather. No heat and no power. My husband went to the front office to inquire about the situation and found the front office had power but the condos didn’t have generator back-up was stressful especially since I am a disabled veteran with medical devices that NEED power. When we asked about compensation for the time without power, was told that would not happen, even though when my husband went and talked with the people at the front desk about the situation, he was informed we would receive some compensation for the outage. The temps were below freezing, roads were horrendous so couldn’t drive anywhere and had already paid for a service that was not being provided during a time. After we get back home, 2 charges appears on our card that shouldn’t be there. There wasn’t any check out instructions located anywhere in the room and numerous attempts were made to call the front desk for instructions and no answer was ever received. I would not recommend this property. During the power outage, many went to their vehicles to try and warm.

Booked a 2-bedroom condo in Evergreen (Quicksilver). Place was a dump. Literally every window blind and curtain was broken. When told management, they said there was an open work order for repair. They booked us into the room KNOWING it needed repairs. Everything was filthy, walls, carpet, fixtures. Also very noisy with loud partying into the night by neighbors. Not much good to say about the place. Needless to say, would not stay here again.

We booked this condominium through a third party agency so we didn’t know exactly what we’d get. We got so much more than we expected! Beautiful, cozy but roomy condo with amazing views! The complex we were in was quiet, clean and SO well-maintained. The fireplace was awesome, kitchen had everything we needed (as far as dishes, appliances), storage closet for skis, and large bedrooms/bathrooms. The shuttle system was nearby -short walk- and very reliable. Took shuttle to & from the Keystone lifts. We did our grocery shopping in Dillon. The Keystone resort area is THE BEST for families. We’ve gone for years and have never been disappointed. Evergreen condos provided a first-class family vacation!

Cons: The property was further away from everything than we realized. I feel like Keystone is purposely vague in the naming of properties online that do not match the actual names in person making it impossible to locate specific properties before booking ("Homestead" was listed and sold as "Evergreen" condos on the website, and even when I called the resort directly to try to find out where exactly the property was located, the agent I spoke to also seemed intentionally vague and unhelpful). The walls were way too thin allowing us to hear entire conversations of our neighbors. The bed in the unit we stayed in, Homestead 2030, was ridiculously hard making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Pros: There were no neighbors at all behind the unit, so the views were great and our children could walk right off the back porch to play in the snow. Being a single story unit with no neighbors above or below was very nice as well.

Room Tip: Check the bed before you unpack. Ours (Homestead 2030) was hard as a rock. I honestly didn't...

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the condo was and what a great location. We were in the Pines, in the Foxtail building. Perfect for our group of 4. Nicely appointed and everything was clean and in working order. Beautiful view of the snowy trees.

We enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Condos. Check-in was incredibly easy. We went to the location listed on our confirmation which is the “front desk” for many of the condos in the area. We were given delicious cookies, area maps, and instructions for our stay. We were placed in the Homestead section. Our condo was a single story with incredible unobstructed views of the mountains. The “single story” setup meant no noisy upstairs neighbors which we appreciated. We were in a one bedroom unit which had more than enough room for 3 adults to stay comfortably. The condo was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The floor plan was ideal for our group. The bathroom could be accessed from the bedroom or from the hallway and had a double sink and a door separating the toilet/shower area. The bed in the bedroom was a full size and comfortable. Colorado is incredibly dry so we were grateful that several humidifiers were in the closet. The toiletries were a good brand. Our favorite part of this condo were the large windows in the living room and the private back patio area. The views were stunning! The pool area was closed for maintenance during our stay so I can’t speak about that. But we were refunded our “resort fees” on request due to its closure. The closest town is a 10 min drive with a variety of restaurants and breweries. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit the area.

So here is what we were looking for in a get away. Something up in the mountains, at least two beds with a sofa bed (2 adults, 3 kids), near river and lots of trees around. We scored with this resort. Now, if you have stayed up in resorts, typically, you are going to get a loft type room, not a full kitchen, one bed and one couch bed. This two bedroom condominium is HUGE. The condominiums are owned by different families, but the interior is beautiful. There was a lot of rustic decorations, older wood tables chairs, etc.Higher vaulted ceilings, very open layout, half stairs going down to family areas, gas fireplaces, full kitchens with everything you need. Top quality shampoo, conditioner, lotions. Full washer dryer. There was even puzzles and games. Outside the back of our condo faced the river down the hill a little bit. There were a lot of trees on the property surrounding the condos. Everything was clean, pressed, comfortable. The beds were to die for. Because you are in Keystone you are about 5-10 minutes away from Dillon and Frisco, so you can have any restaurant that you want and grocery/shopping stores. Anyway, I would say this property is completely worth it. So comfortable. A home away from home. Well a mansion away from home.

We've stayed in Lodgepole, Homestead, Quicksilver, and now the Pines. The Pines was a quiet, family-oriented area with good access to the shuttles and parking. The Pines has the best pool area of the Evergreen condos. It is spacious with mountain views. Our 2-bed, 2-bath unit in the Pines was generously sized and fairly updated. Comfortable beds (including the sofa sleeper) for our family of five. We had lovely mountain views, facing away from the road. We could not hear any exterior noise, but we could hear the occupants above us. We could hear their footsteps, drops, and bathroom use. They were mostly on our schedule so it wasn't too disruptive, but I would recommend a top floor unit if you are concerned.

We booked this in the early season at a good price. For the price, I was expecting a very basic condo. Instead, this was absolutely beautiful. It was huge, gorgeous views, high end furniture, nice fireplace, and equipped kitchen. We slept four very comfortably. Close to skiing (although we did drive). I would HIGHLY recommend. Great value.
