My family and I just finished with a three night stay at Keystone Lodge and Spa that included two rooms (suite with staircase and king bed room) both located on the 6th floor. Reservation process went great however I asked to have both rooms next to each other since my elderly mother would be staying in one room and we...

Overall had a fantastic experience at Keystone lodge. The first night stayed in a hotel room. Clean. Spacious and comfortable. Shuttle available to River's Run (ski area) and Sheri (the shuttle driver) couldn't have been nicer. She was so friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. The restaurant (Big horn) was phenomenal. Great staff and great food. The...

I have stayed at the Lodge multiple times over a 30 year span and have yet to be disappointed. It's a very comfortable lodge with spacious rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is excellent. The location is great, with easy access to the slopes and the proximity of the lake adds extra charm....

This is a rustic lodge with decent rooms. Nothing too impressive, but overall nice. We stayed in a king loft room. My sister got stuck up in keystone for the night when she discovered there was no uber or lyft in the area to take her back to Denver. She left her carryon in our room while we went downstairs...

The lodge is perfectly located on the lake side. Would recommend requiring a room overlooking the lake. In Jan it was frozen and there was ice hokey and skating on the lake. The view of the mountains and ski slopes just beyond the lake are breathtaking. The restaurant at the loader served up some excellent meals, Lunch or dinner. Rooms...

Dear Malavi B, Thank you for the Trip Advisor post and for the lovely comments of the Keystone Lodge and Spa as the quintessential ski lodge! The winter-wonderland that surrounds the Lodge as you experienced with ice skating, hockey, and breathtaking views of snow scapped mountains makes the Lodge and its Lakeside Village special. Adjacent to the Lodge we have...

My family and I traveled to Colorado and stayed at Keystone for our skiing trip. We had the most amazing time with the most beautiful scenery. The air what a lot thinner which made it difficult to climb up a flight of stairs, but overall it was great. Definitely recommend!

Nice stay - so convenient and close to the mountain. The hot tub and pool were so very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Service was good, but the place itself doesn't offer much. $250 a night with a $28 dollar "service fee". And they said valet parking is "included". You must request a fridge ( at least for the king bed room) which is at high demand so we did not get one. There is also no microwave except at the front desk....

We stayed here during January 2017 for a couple ski vacation. It was very pricey but the location cannot be beat which is really the only reason I chose this hotel. Pro: The hotel has FREE valet parking which is amazing. They also clean off your car before giving it back to you every time. Shuttles come every 15-20 minutes...

So I want to start off by saying this place was amazing!! There was a ice skating rink nearby, a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, spa, bar, restaurant... the people were all nice and helpful. Now for the few things that were less then perfect. Our room didn't really get warm so we called to get the heat...
