The Willows 17XX. Management denies guests access to washer and dryer for laundry. Never notified of this change. Sauna never worked & hot tub worked half the 8 day trip. Rental contract not honored..

Hated this location!!! Was told laundry was in our condominium it is actually in the building next door. The welcome sheet states laundry is of no cost to guests however the machines take only quarters, sign present that says lodge has chain, go to lodge only to be told no change. Talk to manager she states “because of Covid “ we are cashless…. But clearly not because last I checked quarters are cash.. Was recommended by Abigail that we go to nearby gas station, one problem Abigail we do not have a car with us! Also these Covid rules would have been out in place 3 years ago, plenty of time to update their signs and/or add credit option to machines Also bus system is horribly unreliable. Would never come back to this location again!!!!

Mall 1416 is the equivalent of a motel 6 at Broadmoor pricing. We had a miserable night. We asked for a room change but they are sold out this holiday weekend. It’s hotter than hades; don’t think the thermostat works, electrical outlets are half broken, the room is dated, walls thin and an 👹 ogre lives above us and stomps around in his ski boots for hours!!! He started at 6 and it’s almost 9 and he’s just pacing! The fireplace doesn’t work/ the fire goes out and just hisses gas, luckily there’s a carbon monoxide detector right next to it so I think we’re safe. The small queen bed feels like it’s caved in like a taco and instead of 4 nice pillows there are 10 mini pillows (budget motels use these). I’ve been awake since 2 AM because it’s so hot in here I was sweating and I even took an ambien. Only got 2 tiny towels and NO DAILY SERVICE. For the rate we paid, I definitely expected better. We used a travel agent and trusted the photos from the website, which stated built in 2013, but this condo is definitely 25+ years old. Our agent is working on a refund or discount. I will never com back.

We stayed in Willows Unit 1704. Average because it’s a bit run down and lacks amenities available in other condos (no pool, spa, gym). But great location, views, comfortable and met our expectations. Future renters should be aware of three things: (1) It’s a first floor unit and you can hear the people upstairs walking around; (2) We were there in the summer and slept with the windows open. It’s was very comfortable; (3) A flock of geese which reside in the pond, will make their morning salute at the first sign of daylight. They were very loud, but shouldn’t be a problem if you’re an early riser.

Lakeside Village was conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and Mountain Base. Nowhere Pizza is the best! We ate there twice during our stay. I recommend figuring out the bus routes prior to arriving. Also, parking at River Run is free while Mountain base is not. Found out the hard way when we got a $25 ticket. Rooms were clean and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. I did not realize when I booked that our room had Murphy Bed's, but it was not a big deal. It was nice to access to the pool, hot tub and sauna at Keystone Resort and Spa, which was only a couple of hundred feet away. I thought it was the perfect place for new skiers and families. My 9 year, after 1 day of ski school, was able to ski from the peak on Schoolmarm, which is 3.5 miles long. She had no issues. Very family-friendly. Tubing is a must-do. At most, there was a 2-3 minute wait to get on the lifts. We rented equipment from Mountain View Sports in Keystone. They were a bit cheaper than renting from the resort. They were very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend eating at Nowhere Pizza and Dillon Dam Brewery. They both had great food and family friendly.

We were charged DOUBLE on a fully paid reservation booked through Priceline. This reservation for three nights in a two bedroom condo was paid weeks in advance and this was verified upon check in. Two days AFTER we checked out, the card they requested for incidentals was charged for the entire stay. I was never notified of the charge and were. i called to dispute it I was told my only recourse is so send them an email. The room was cute, well designed and we enjoyed staying there though the phone in room didn’t work and when we would call to ask questions (example: is the hot tub accessible any other want than the icy one lane road my kids fell on? What are the included amenities we can access with the wrist bands given at check in?) No one knew the answers and didn’t get back to us. There WAS another way to hot tubs that we found the day we checked out. Don’t risk the headaches involved in staying here.

Difficult check-in, more than a mile away from the location. Room numbers not shown. Guessing game to find your unit. In ours, 1706, Willows, many electrical outlets weren't working, the electronics to the outside door broke, making entry difficult. Asked for extra firewood; it never arrived. Very loud; heard people in hallway, in unit above. Heating difficult to adjust to desired temperature. Just a really mediocre, overpriced place.

We booked two condos for our family between Christmas and New Years. Argentine 1525 was warm, cozy, somewhat updated, very comfortable. Both condos looked out on the lake and were close to the ski shuttle. However, Argentine 1517 was a DUMP! No updates, looks like the owner hasn't done a thing in 25 years. Old drapes were broken and hanging off the wall, fireplace didn't work, baseboards were missing or broken, carpet upstairs was worn and stained, plugs were loose or unusable, pots and pans were old and minimal and badly need replacing, no rug outside or inside the entry door, no rugs inside the condo on the main floor, no bathroom rugs, the coffee maker leaked, a humidifier in the bedroom leaked a huge puddle of water on the carpet. We paid the same high price for both condos, and this one was awful.

The pictures Keystone provides (our unit) don't show the missing slates in the blinds or the broken floor tiles. There is construction right next door with noise starting at 6:45 am. This has been typical of our stays a Keystone. The camera angle makes it look like a nice view, but in reality you are partially below ground with no view. Upper rooms have no balcony. What is right across the street is an ugly field, not the lake. WiFi didn't work for an extended period of time. Customer service offered their apologies, but nothing else. Equivalent to Motel 6 at 4 times the price.

Husband had a conference here for a week and I joined him. Perfect spot for both attending a conference and a couple's vacation! We had a one bedroom in 1545 Lakeshore A. I absolutely loved the views from all the windows and the little porch (photos of views from the living area and a sunset view from the porch). Short walking distance to shops, dining, activities, and conference. Booking directly through Keystone gives you additional perks like free yoga classes, free guided hikes, free golf on day of arrival, etc. Biggest downside for this unit was lack of good space for multiple suitcases. The resort takes care of cleaning and is quick to respond if anything is needed. Important to note, there isn't daily maid service. Only once during our week stay did anyone attend to the unit... and the only thing we noticed she did was freshen towels and empty the trash.
