Pulling up to the hotel it is quite old and dumpy looking on outside but it is budget priced and the room was great - sure a bit old but clean and comfy and in the middle of the hot summer it did have a window air conditioner which a lot of mountain accommodation does not have. The room also had a dining table and a microwave and fridge so that was good. Worked well for me for a one night stop on route to Denver.

OK hotel if a little tired. Large rooms and comfortable beds ( pillows could be better quality , very hard) , lots of hot water. Simple breakfast with fresh fruit but you need to get a new coffee system - the coffee tastes burnt and like it has been sitting out for hours. Skiers need good quality coffee before hitting the slopes !!!! Please consider putting out a recycling bin for all the plastic that is used by your clients at breakfast. A number of guests were upset that there were no recycling bins.

Budget friendly hotel in the heart of keystone! Pet friendly (can’t leave them unattended even crated though), reasonable pet fees, and friendly staff.
Place was decently clean, beds were comfortable enough, and the fireplace in the lobby was an awesome touch! Also, the hotel is busy but it’s surprisingly quiet. We will be back again!

I stayed here for a snowboarding trip and it was so perfect that I'll never stay anywhere else. It is located directly across the street from Keystone mountain and only a 6 minute walk to the middle mountain base lifts. Breckenridge is a short 20-30 minute drive.

Light breakfast, sauna, and huge hot tub were included. There is a laundry facility on site.

Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were adequately furnished with a fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, drawers and plenty of floor space to spread out luggage and ski bags.

There are restaurants, bars, a liquor store, and food shopping within
a few minutes walking distance.

It is family owned and operated, so the customer service was unmatched. The owner himself manned the front desk most of the time and was readily available to answer questions. We have already booked our next stay here.

I normally don’t mind staying in motels. When we entered the room it seemed smoky I thought my eyes were just dry. 5 minutes into our stay, the heater is on,and I’m sitting in the bed. I hear a noise from the heater. It’s On fire, not smoking, actually on fire. We unplug it(let’s be real I didn’t unplug it the bf did) the outlet is burned the piece you plug in is burned. I was able to get passed the missing cabinet doors and the holes in the walls. But I can’t get passed the fire. So we go into our new room and it smells musty. Everytime the heater makes a noise we both look to see if it’s on fire, between this we read more reviews to see that their fire alarms were disconnected. We are here now, but staying for 1 night instead of 7. We booked a room at another hotel. Gonna eat the cost of this hotel.

I was looking for a hotel to stay to wait out the rain while here in Colorado (instead of camping in the rain), and decided to extend longer (instead of camping solo) because of the convenience, room size, quiet, location, views, and friendly staff. It's been a great place to relax, work, and use as a home base for some Jeep trails in the area. And it's literally right across the street from the Keystone resort - not a big advantage in the summer but would be perfect in winter. If you're looking for a cozy, non-chain place to stay, that's also not a high end luxury spot you have to take out a second mortgage or max out the cards to afford, this is a great choice!

Like other reviews have stated, this is a place to lay your head before skiing at Keystone but its not worth the price. I was surprised it looked like the carpet hadnt been vacuumed before our stay - or for some time before that. We noticed stains on sheets and towels. Smelled like cigarettes. On a friday night, the pricing was still very expensive and we didnt save much money compared to staying at a much nicer option up the road. Though this hotel is walking distance from the Keystone lifts, Keystone has great free parking very close to the lifts and so location is of minimal value. Better to park at keystone and save money not having to rent a locker.

Don’t waste your money. I slept in the car because it was cleaner. After using almost an entire Lysol wipes container cleaning this dump of a room, I ended up just sleeping in the car. The bed was a full, not a queen. It was wobbling on the bed frame. The floors were filthy and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I highly doubt the sheets or towels were clean. Needless to say, we didn’t use any towels, nor did we shower there. The toilet was broken and the only way to flush it was to put your hand in the back and pull up the plunger. The chain was broken. The tank was filthy and moldy, so there was no way I was putting my hand in there. The bathroom also smelled like mildew or sour towels. The lobby also smelled like bad body odor. Like I said, you’re better off sleeping in your car or spend the extra money for a different place. We were put up here by a client and we will definitely add it to our “will not stay” list.

Very pricey. Could not check in 45 or even 30 minutes before 4:00, the official check in time. There were dried up spills on the lobby tables where we had to wait to check in. There was marker writing on the bedside table and masking tape on the padlock on the room door. Windows were cracked. Fan in bathroom leaked water. There were black spots on the ceiling. Good points: This location is ideal however, as the slopes and ski/ride school drop off are a short walk across the street. The guy at the desk checking in was friendly and helped us when the tv wasn’t working. I just wish they had cleaned up and repaired the place a little. They advertised a continental breakfast but there isn’t one. We won’t stay again.

3 Peaks Lodge is a great place to stay right in the middle of town and cheap enough to not break the bank like the rest of town. The owners are hard working and will do anything to help their customers have an enjoyable stay. And the views from the place are incredible to say the least.

I booked on booking ast time I stayed there. We showed up and there were issues getting our room. After waiting for nearly seven hours we finally got a room. There was another family that booked with Booking that did not get a room even though they had a confirmation. The owner does not seem to care what goes on and it all seems sketchy. It really is too bad as the place is in a great locatiin and the rooms aren’t terrible.

Not sure about this one....I think you'll have to contact the lodge directly...they might have a suggestion of a place for you to go in the area even if they only rent nightly.

Yes there's a free bus shuttle that runs from the hotel to keystone resort/mountain and there are a ton of shops and restaurants right at the base of the mountain :)

Usually not (check weather data to verify). You are better off waiting until November.

Yes, if it is a kitchette suite, yes it did. I know it had pots and pans and utensils. I can't remember what it had for plates, etc...but i would bring paper plates and bowls just in case...that's what we used b/c I happened to have brought them. Breakfast was bagels, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, honey, jelly, cereal, fruit, coffee, OJ, Apple juice, hot chocolate.
