Spent two nights here in July of 2016. Had a great time! The staff was super friendly, the ice cream socials were a fun way to get to know some other folks in the park. The spots were tight but comfortable. Bathrooms are always clean. Full hook-ups available. Beautiful views from the sites closer to the road/park entrance. A short...

This was my second time to tent camp here. We absolutely love this place. I love walking up the mountain side into the trees. Nice cool days. Staff is very friendly. My family enjoyed the ice cream social and the hummingbirds. Bathrooms are nice. Laundry on site is helpfull. Beautiful places to visit close by at twin lakes and Turquoise...

We stayed here because we were with the grandparents and they had their RV. This was the best place near Leadville for RV camping. The bathrooms were sufficiently clean and the showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The ice cream social was fun ($1.50 per person) and we got to meet other campers. My kids liked...

The rates are reasonable for a campground this nice. We tent camped--the pads are a good size with provided fire rings and picnic tables. The bathrooms/showers were very clean and nice. The laundry facility even offered a double load washer. We will stay again!

Office was clean, helpful and a nice staff. Bathrooms and showers were clean. It is a bit crowded but what do you expect in Colorado is you are not dry camping? We were disappointed we did did not make it for the ice cream social. Internet was bad the first day due to a fiber optics line that was cut...

The bathrooms and office space are clean, but the campsite was packed. Add the big trucks accelerating up the hill to the lake, and it gets real noisy, real fast. It was only moderately quiet overnight. Bring some earplugs. Oh, and it's at least a half mile from the lake, without a view. Staff were friendly at helpful.

Came for the Leadville 50 run and stayed 3 nights. Bathrooms were unacceptable. Soap was out, dirt on the floor. At one point the trash was just heaping....I informed the staff and they said someone hadn't showed up to work...they did come change the trash. For the life of me I can't figure out why an RV park can't have...

1 mile from Turquoise lake. Beautiful lake if you haven't been.. This campground is a little more spacious on each site than most.. grassy. some sites have trees/shade. We were very happy.. we will be staying there again.. reasonable rates also.

We were a walkin booking on a busy Saturday. The couple at the counter were extremely helpful and informative. The park is a bit out of town and we were only overnighting. The restrooms were good, clean and enough for the packed park. The only problem we had living at sea level was the altitude, 9600 feet but that is...
