Rooms are outdated, bed are the most uncomfortable bed I've every slept on. Young man working the desk was more interested in taking his dogs outside and going out to smoke instead of taking care of customers. After going twice for coffee and pots were empty I finally asked if he could make some. On a positive the rooms were...

Rooms comfortable. Especially nice to have inside entrance through hallway. Housekeeping & front desk employees are super nice & helpful. Unknown lady in breakfast area, not so much. First day breakfast area a total mess. Next day, front desk employee had everything stocked and very nicely supervised.

Good place next to Ski Cooper. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a well organized complimentary breakfast. Personnel goes extra distance to make your stay problem free. Low stress environment.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. It was quite bright in the morning. The temperature was a bit hard to regulate in the room as the unit was quite old. The washcloths were very scratchy. The breakfast was cold food and limited assortment, but seemed fresh. No coffee in the rooms. The room wasn't the greatest, but not bad...

Spent three nights at the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too, so a good night's sleep was challenging. No coffee until 6:15-ish in the lunch room (no coffee machine or in room coffee pot). Not enough TV stations to suit me. Otherwise, clean and sufficient.

Our room was excellent, very large Jr. suite. Right next to a river, excellent views. It was close to the downtown area too. The breakfast area was very small but there are places to eat that are close.

A no-frills place at reasonable cost. Good - sink outside bathroom, decent TV channel selection, helpful desk person, small fridge in room, coffee in lobby if you request it. Not as good - room furniture pretty Spartan with two straight-backed wooden chairs and small table, small (but flat) TV screen, no coffee in room.

We made reservations in April for a trip in Sept,., since we would be traveling many days on motorcycles [six of us] with luggage not on wheels we requested ground floor rooms and were assured this request would be honored. Note: when there is no elevator we always request ground floor, if not available, we don't stay there. We got...

We stayed one evening & really enjoyed the peacefulness of this hotel sitting on the edge of town with the mountains in view! It was very clean & well maintained. Breakfast was 4 kinds of cereal, pastries & muffins & bagels, boiled eggs and apples. It was sufficient for us. It's not too far from Copper Mountain & Frisco so...
