From the outside this hotel looks very nice. The very first morning the coffee and hot water were lukewarm at best. The shower had 1 stream of water to take a shower in. The toilet had pee spots around the bottom of it from previous guests. There are no coffee makers in the room.

This hotel is fairly new and the rooms are really nice! Beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a nice view of the mountains from our room. The main light when you first walk into our room wasn't working, but there were enough other lights to make up for it. Breakfast was REALLY lacking though. It could be attributed to Covid, however... We stayed in 5 other hotels on the same trip and all but one offered more for breakfast than this one. Especially 2 small carafes of coffee for a hotel?? Come on man! Other than breakfast, great job!

My husband and I stayed here for one night prior to going to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's about 45 minutes to an hour outside of the park. The room was very clean and modern looking. It had so many lights that I'm not sure I found them all. Breakfast did not start until 5:30am, but they let us take some with us since we left earlier than that. My only complaint was the shower did not have any holders - I had to set my soap and shampoo on the holder above the toilet. My husband is also a bath taker, so he prefers bathtubs and all they had was a walk in shower. The room also had no remote control, but the front desk quickly resolved that.

The staff is more than accommodating and very friendly. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. I see a lot of reviews about breakfast. It’s covid related I’m sure they will get back to some more options. Coffee is always on hand and hot. The GM Lisa makes sure any issues other staff can’t handle is taken care of very promptly. Than you guys!

Nice clean hotel, strobe light in smoke detector very annoying during the night, flashes every ten seconds, very limited breakfast bar, had to ask to have coffee refilled from single carafe, packaged bagels and muffins only offered. No knives to spread peanut butter with. Attendant did not seem very happy when I asked if there was more coffee. Other that that, it was ok.
