We've stayed here twice while in the Colorado Springs area. Hotel is clean with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Basic rooms and decent breakfast included. Not walking distance to anything but very short drive into Old Colorado City or Manitou.

This hotel was a nice surprise. Very affordable and the room was comfortable. A mini fridge and microwave was a bonus. The beds were soft. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including ham and cheese omelettes, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay, conveniently located for a climb of Pikes Peak the following morning. Nothing out of the ordinary, nor were we expecting it to be -- just a nice, clean place with large rooms and friendly staff.

Nothing special, but better than the older hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly. Carpets in the hallways could have been more frequently vacuumed. Convenient to the town of Manitou as we as Pike's Peak.

On our pre-Thanksgiving trip around Colorado, we decided to book this hotel based on other Trip Advisor reviews we had seen. Manitou can be quite expensive, especially if you want to stay right in town. Though this place was a little more than I was hoping to pay, it was conveniently located and on the way to things we were...

We have stayed at a few Choice brand hotels. The staff was friendly enough. The hotel is a little worn and needs some TLC. Our room was okay, the tub in the shower had a hole in the floor. The fridge was unplugged, the pool lights were not turned on for guests, the toaster in the breakfast nook was broken....

I researched the area of Manitou Springs and there's a lot of rich history in this town. My pick to stay in this hotel was based on price, location and value. My hunches were right. The Comfort Inn in Manitou Springs is a great place to stay. Lots of parking, close to the town and the Cogged Railway, lots of...

Disappointed with our stay at the Comfort Inn in Manitou Springs. The tub had a hole in it, the toaster for breakfast did not work, our muffin was undercooked and the hotel had a chlorine smell throughout the halls. We did enjoy the pool though but as a frequent visitor to this chain , this one was not comparable to...

This hotel had clean, spacious rooms with both microwave and fridge. It was totally silent when we were there, and we began to wonder if we were the only ones there, but breakfast showed us there were other guests. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices. We would chose this hotel again.

Room was quiet, nonsmoking, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast choices were great. Fresh fruit included. The only downside was the Internet. Didn't work in the room But it worked fine in the lobby. Great location for seeing Garden of The Gods. Would definitely stay again. Room had mini fridge too.
