Great location. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They parked us when we arrived, which should be done at every park but seldom is. Park was very clean and quiet. The staff was always out and about, even during the evenings, which made us feel safe and secure. Some say the sites are tight, but we had plenty of... More

Fantastic stay at this RV park. Staff met us upon arrival and assisted us getting into our (narrow) site. Note - be prepared for tight RV slots. Site was clean and right against the creek. Facilities clean as a whistle. Bus into Manitou Springs picks you up right at the entrance to the RV park, so no need to drive.... More

We pulled into the park after traveling for 3 days and we were told they had no reservation for us. I made the reservation a month prior to our arrival. I had everything written down, the amount of the deposit and the check in time and the site number I booked. I'm 100% positive I called and made the reservation.... More

This was our first camping trip with the new travel trailer. Total newbies! We wanted to find a place close for the weekend. We searched for RV parks near the Garden of the Gods and the Pikes Peak RV park came up with great reviews. We agree! The owners are so warm and inviting! Chris helped my husband back in... More

My wife and I stayed here for several days while visiting the Colorado Springs area. This park is relatively small and the sites are close together, but the staff is very good and personable. Although close to a street, it was quiet. The fairway between the RV sites on either side was relatively wide, making getting in and out easier.... More

This is one of the best campground we have been to. First, location near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Colorado Springs. Second, immaculate facilities, And lastly, the owners Chris & Marge couldn't be nicer, friendly and helpful especially in helping us getting into our space. Two incidents stand out, the first accommodating a medical emergency by directing us... More

This is another RV park where sites are fairly tight, but not to worry, the staff here will guide you in with verbal step-by-step instructions that are clear and easy to follow. Roads are gravel/dirt with some concrete site pads. Utilities are well placed, with enough room to put out our slides and awning. Restrooms and laundry are clean. All... More

Great place to set up a base camp! When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our spot that we reserved. Chris was great, he helped guide me to our spot and even help hook up our rig.I was actually shocked I got our rig in on one shot thanks to Chris instructions and guiding me in. Being a... More

This was an excellent experience. We are newbie RVer's and were concerned about parking the RV in the space we had chosen. The excellent staff helped with backing and we parked perfectly on the first try. The location is great. We took day trips to Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, trips into the state park forests and to the old Manitou... More
