We just happened to stumble onto Town and Country's website while researching a place to stay in Manitou Springs. We were looking for a place with a small kitchen to accommodate the needs of having a toddler. Town and Country Cottages was absolutely the perfect place! We had cottage number 5 which had two queen beds, a pullout love seat...

We rented several cottages at Town & Country for our family reunion. Everything was perfect. Our cottage was clean and modern. The grounds were peaceful yet close to main highway. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. I would definately stay there again.

We had 5 people stay in 2 cottages for 4 days and we all loved it. I was very weary of a smaller type establishment because I need cleanlineas. Well let me tell you these cottages are kept spotless. Nicer than the 4 star hotel we stayed at prior. The location is perfect. So many things to see and do...

This was great place to stay. Our room was very clean, the area was quiet, the owners were very friendly and gave us great infirmation on where to hike. It was a great location too. We were close to The Incline, Pike's Peak, The Barr Trail, Garden of God's, the Palmer Loop Trail. We were also close to the stores...

We were looking for a quite and peaceful place to take our young granddaughter. This was the perfect place. We ended up staying in two different cottages due to availability. It ended up to be a good thing. Both were great and we had the advantage to see two different accommodations. We loved the cottages. First, we were taken back...

My wife and I only got to stay one night on this trip, but we would gladly return for a much longer stay. The cottages are a short distance from several attractions, including Garden of the Gods, the Cog Train that goes up Pikes Peak (which I highly recommend), and downtown Manitou Springs which has lots of shopping and dining...

As soon as we checked in I knew that this was the perfect place for a peaceful vacation. Only about a 1/4 mile off the beat and track of busy Manitou Springs you feel completely secluded in a quiet cozy little "commune" environment. Our cottage was immaculate, the owners friendly and helpful, and the cottage was centrally located to many...

Desperately looking to be rescued from our current terrible hotel I called this place and was pleasantly greeted with sympathy and an availability for a room. She allowed us to check in late in the evening and we found our place in this wonderfully set back ( in a neighborhood) spot. Only a couple miles from the main shopping and...

These cottages were so nice! Very well maintained and super clean! The owners were pleasant and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, enough towels, pillows, good wifi connections, a reasonably price and nice laundry. There was a very nice outdoor pool and whirlpool, small but nice playground area, ping pong, volleyball court. Each cottage had it's...

We stayed for 3 nights in a studio (duplex) cottage and the room was spacious, clean and included a fridge, coffee maker, micro and had real coffe mugs & wine glasses. The bed & pillows were comfy, it was quiet at night. We loved the small, covered porch with chairs & table. Used the hot tub& pool. Just a lovely setting...
