The place is beautiful and really cozy with a warm homelike feeling, the breakfast is really good too and the hosts are great. It a 15 min drive to Vail which is really good. Our room and the bathroom was really cold but then again we are from Mexico and we were there during the winter, so we are not... More

My husband and I were so excited to stay at the Minturn Inn for our Colorado vacation! The pictures on the website are so cute and charming! We made out reservations 7 weeks prior to our trip and they were confirmed. Then two weeks from the day we were to fly out, I get a phone call informing me that... More

We stayed here for five nights as part of a Colorado ski trip. The Inn is located perfectly for access to Vail and Beaver Creek (around 10 minutes drive to each). Plenty of parking either on the road out the front, or around the back in a small lane. We stayed in the Columbine Room - which was located to... More

The rooms are always squeaky clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Nothing like starting your day with a warm yummy breakfast. We try to stay at the Minturn Inn whenever we are up in Vail. I recommend staying here any time for any occasion.

When we first decided to go to Colorado for New Years Eve I thought I wanted to stay in the middle of Vail village and be surrounded by a hive of activity until I stumbled upon this gem. The Minturn Inn is one of the most wonderful experiences I've had in my travels. You're greeted with warm cookies and hot... More

We stayed in the Camp Hale room. It was clean, very nice sheets and had a gas fireplace that we enjoyed. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Minturn has nothing to offer (a few shops, liquor store and maybe a cafe??) but it is very close to Beaver Creek and that was our intended destination (we just... More

We stayed here for the weekend while skiing in Vail and absolutely loved it. The town is so quaint and charming and it only takes about 10 minutes to drive to Vail. The drive is gorgeous as it is on a scenic highway that follows the Eagle River. First off Mary the Inn Keeper was wonderful. She gave us a... More

This inn consists of two old houses in Minturn, about 12 miles from Vail. The most difficult part of the trip was the mile or so getting back into this tiny town. The main roads, I-70, were plowed and fine, but a little more scary getting into town in a snowstorm. Our room was cozy. Gas fireplace actually made the... More

We stayed in the columbine room that was beautiful comfortable and clean, but definitely not a good value for the cost. There were no hangers in the closet and no hair dryer. It does have a huge, nice bathtub and a separate shower. The fireplace in the room was nice and kept the room warm. Breakfast was OK at best.

We had a great time here, breakfasts were delicious and made to order, and the staff was very accommodating. It was nice and warm, and a quick Uber from Vail. The town of Minturn is very charming and just down the road. Our only recommendation is to avoid the Gilman room, as it is right above the dining area. It... More
