I stayed in a nicely appointed room along with a bathroom furnished with a vintage clawfoot bathtub. The bed was extremely comfortable and a slept through night like a baby. I woke to the wonderful smell of bacon along with scones, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a large omelet. Kendra was an amazingly attentive host. I will certainly return the...

We shared the B&B with our friends. Close to walk to coffee shop and restaurants. House is nice but on a busy street. We enjoyed the back patio and hot tub after long days of hiking in the National Park.

When we arrived, guests were sitting and chatting, drinking wine provided by the host. This is a friendly, homey place. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and many lovely touches that made this a wonderful B&B. Kendra is a great host, friendly and helpful.

We had never stayed in a B&B before, and me and family loved this place ! Kendra is a great host, great cook, she cooked something different every day for us. The rooms are very clean and well decorated, the house is pretty, comfy, you can have a glass of wine and you can relax in the hot tub if...

Canyon Creek Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay. The rooms are nicely decorated with good beds. We enjoyed the hot tub, the cooked breakfast (something different every day) and having a glass of wine in the evening in the spacious lounge. Kendra is a great host!

We stayed at the Sussex house for one night ( which normally requires a three night stay, but since it was off-season we were given an exception). We paid $150 for the night for two couples - a real bargain given that two rooms at any of the other Montrose lodgings were the same price or much more. It's a...

We had a wonderful stay there. The house is lovingly decorated and beautifully renovated. Kendra the owner is a very nice person and the welcome wine was very charming. We had it late in the evening in the beautiful garden were we listened the crickets right in the middle of town. Next morning the omelet was also great! Our first...

We loved our stay at Canyon Creek. Kendra has done an amazing job of restoring the house. Our room was beautiful in its simplicity and I found this very relaxing. Sometimes I think bed and breakfasts over-do their decor and this was not the case. I enjoyed reading in the quiet backyard and the hot tub was wonderful. It had...

The best features of this B&B are that it is very clean, and the owner, Kendra, was accommodating to some requests that we had. But a couple paying nearly $150 (including exorbitant hotel tax) for a room for one night expects it to be clean. And being flexible as to when breakfast is served is nice, but not all that...
