Eric the security guard is very friendly and helpful and I think he should get some kudos for his friend service. Shellion is the best front destination help I could have asked for and she deals with very difficult people. I hope she gets kudos for her perfessional and awesome customer service. She is an awesome contributor to this resort.

This was my second time to stay at the resort. The first time was magical. This time, not so much. Our cabin had some issues, but we were compensated at the end of the stay. We couldn't check in on Christmas because the power was out, and so were the generators. They are not really prepared for an emergency situations-...

Hot springs were awesome! Make sure to spend time finding a good spot to relax by. Loved spending the day there and the price was reasonable. Bring your own robe because they don't provide. The food was good a little pricey. Very relaxing.

The front desk person that checked us out was really grouchy, defensive, and unhelpful (largish, curly brown hair, older gal). The woman with long hair sitting in the towel check-out area of the spa was incredibly rude and got into a yelling match with a few guests near closing time because she wanted them out of the building NO LATER than...

This was our 2nd visit, in early December, with the 1st being about 4 years ago, when we stayed in the main lodge. Many changes since then, all positive. We stayed in Cliffside, which is roomy and has great views. The hot springs water is special; it's better than some of the other hot springs in CO. Given the temperatures,...

We spent Christmas weekend at the resort. On the plus side: Loved the pools we felt relatively safe accessing. The other guests were great. We had a good breakfast. On the other side: Safety is a real issue here (I wouldn't go in the winter again): We were directed to walk down an icy path to get to the spa....

Wanting to give something that they enjoyed more than a day, I decided to give an experience, and what an experience did they enjoy! Snowboarding for the first time, at Monarch...sledding outside their cabin...swimming in the hot springs, as it snowed! Surprisingly very reasonable and everything you could possibly need, very close by. Thank you Mount Princeton Hot Springs staff...

Went to the hotsprings for our 13th year. The accommodations are very nice, and the soaking pools keep expanding! What I recommend is bringing a robe, as it can get chilly with the small towels that are provided. Also, the restaurant is over-priced and I'd recommended driving into town for a bite, as the food at the hotel is so-so...

This was our second time up here. We rented the large cabin and it was more then we expected. Lots of room, very comfortable. We stood in cabin 29 which was at the very end of the resort and in front of the river which made the view very pleasant. The staff was very nice. They made sure to drive...
