For the price we had expected something much better. The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel. Breakfast room is way too small and crowded. The indoor hot springs was the only part that was worth it.... It had pebbles at the bottom!

A few blocks outside of downtown, quiet and comfortable. We did have an elk visit one night and a bear a second night, which knocked over a couple of motorcycles. The pools are need of a good cleaning and some tile replacements. Staff was friendly....More

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our pools are scheduled for maintenance, it is just difficult to shut down our pool when we have guests that want to use them. We are luck to get some visitors from the forest that surrounds Ouray.

Yes, they even have a dog park in front of the property for them. You must specify a pet friendly room or be subject to a HUGE cleaning fee for hair, dander along with a deep clean for future guests in non pet friendly rooms... More
