We stayed here on a tip from another motel that was full. The rooms were clean and neat. The front desk clerk was friendly and directed us to a great restaurant. Breakfast was included, it was the continental all carb variety.

Great room for the price. Cabins have stove, refrigerator, and basic cooking essentials. Dog friendly with a trail behind cabin to the San Juan River. Front desk very pleasant. We did not use the hot tub. Hospitality room for a very basic continental breakfast.

Its weird this is the third motel I've been in with no AC in the last couple of weeks.. At least theres a ceiling fan. I guess i need to ask in this part of the country. It cooled off fast and was fine otherwise. I got a room in the 21 22 23 series of rooms. A little musty...

We rented one of their cabins on July 18th, 2016. It did not have a/c. That was a bit of a headache because in order to keep cool, you need to have your windows open. You don't want to leave your room with the windows open for security reasons. They should put a/c in their cabins. The breakfast was not...

We went to a family event in Pagosa Springs, CO and had a reservation at the San Juan Motel. We got there and a polite but oddly dressed attendant checked us in. The first room had someone else's dirty clothes draped over the bathroom door. And the toilet seat had dried drops of urine on it. When I requested a...

We must apologize for the two dirty rooms you were checked into the evening of your stay with us. Apparently, a block of rooms that needed to be cleaned were missed by our housekeeping staff. We have resolved this issue and it will not happen again in the future . Again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may...

The room was very small though clean. No AC in our room. The breakfast didn't open until 7, so not really usable if you were off for an adventure early, which we were. We were in the ones closest to the road and the trucks didn't stop during the night. Bed was comfortable, but with the noise and heat, not...

San Juan Motel is a great place to stay for location. It is an old motel, but has been updated. Our room was at the back. It had gravel in the parking lot at that location. We were there for 4 nights and it rained about every day making it muddy outside. Our room #51 was in the corner which...

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they are very dog friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to again soon. Reasonably priced and a mountain backs the property so deer are common.

My dog and I arrived at the San Juan Motel this past Friday afternoon. We had reserved cabin #7 for $115+pet fee+taxes. The motel kindly allowed us to check in several hours early and we headed to our cabin. We pulled our car to the cabin and there were hotel workers blocking where we could park. Overall, the parking was...

I would like to start off and say I never wright bad reviews but really would like to make visitors aware of this place. The motel was very dirty. When first walk in cabin smells like mold. Carpenter ants all over floor.Box spring had a brown feces or mud like stain . The head board of the bed had white...

We are so, so, sorry to hear how disenchanted you are regarding your stay with us over Memorial Day Weekend. I read your review and immediately addressed your complaints with our front desk staff. Strange that the "unapproachable, rude and frequently not present" front desk man stated that you never came to the lobby to complain about anything! (?) Also,...
