I haven't been in the last month, but wanted to say this - yes, our place was dated but it was comfortable, had amazing views and all we needed for our stay. We stayed in the quads that are on the golf course. The beds were super comfy, we loved having the kitchen for breakfast in the morning and the hot tub out back that overlooked the golf course was an added bonus. I usually like to stay in really nice hotels, but this was a trip with a veteran's vacation club and provided a week's stay so we tried it out. I would go back in a heartbeat and i would love to stay right where we stayed. We loved it and Pagosa was the most fun little town. We loved every bit of our trip, including where we stayed!
