Was lot cheaper then staying at the Spa inn across the street. The hotel has been there for some time and just recently redone. The rooms were big and clean and pretty quite. Was nice to see they had spots marked off for motorcycle parking. The breakfast was pretty good, even had some one there cooking eggs or omelets away...

Unsafe, Moldy, dilapidated, thin walls, noisy, and no amenities. Upon arrival (not early, but on time), were told to leave and come back a couple hours later as rooms were still being cleaned. There was no concierge store for personal items. The breakfast had no coffee, and when there was, it was light and watery. Too much more to say....

This overpriced motel is an absolute dump. I don't think my wife and I have ever stayed in a place this bad in the U.S. Peeling paint and stucco, broken windows and doors, inoperative vending machines, ancient carpeting, broken roofing, and on and on. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Quality Inn should pull their franchise agreement ASAP!

This is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is run down and smells of mold. The reviews that state it has been remodeled. The only things I can find "remodeled" is the shower and sink in the bathroom. Unless they are talking about the huge tv that is too big for the room. The bed...

I cannot tell you about the rooms because my husband left and chose to camp instead. The front desk lady refused to let us check in before 3pm on a Thursday even though the room was available, which is fine. Looking around the place I'm shocked how old and smelly and expensive this place is. If you're traveling now, just...

If you ever consider staying in Pagosa Springs at this Quality Inn - slap your self and move on to any other property. The front door lock to the lobby is broken in, the lobby carpet is disgusting and the place smells! The "fresh" water looks like it has aged nicely, and there are no cups available. I had prepaid...

We reserved a suite for 2 nights. Ug. They're remodeling and upstairs has a long way to go. Only update is bathroom, which is nice but the rest is awful. Turns out reviews are controlled by hotel. Check TripAdvisorbefore you travel. We went through AARP/Expedia. Other hotels we have stayed at were just fine.

The outside doesn't look like much but it had great service and the best breakfast ever. Our refrigerator froze everything and they replaced it right away. Everyone who worked there was friendly. Thank you for a great stay

I had previously stayed there in the newer portion of the hotel; however, this time I stayed on the older side of the hotel. The room had poor lighting, the work desk was actually a front door type of desk. The poor lighting and poor internet coverage made it difficult to do reports at the desk. The plus side was...

We stopped in while passing through Colorado and thought the room was nice and clean for price. Beds were comfy and bathroom was updated and clean. Right across from the springs and close enough to town to walk. We had pets traveling with us and they were pet friendly. Would stay here again.
