We arrived at the hotel 1st week in October and was really pleased. The resort is immaculate and beautiful. We were both so impressed. We had emailed ahead of time to let the resort know that it was our 10th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a private pool suite ( we had booked a jacuzzi suite) which is amazing! We were also given a bottle of champagne and a lovely note from the hotel. This would have been perfect but the weather was not good at all. We had 2 days of sun and the private pool was so cold so we couldn't use it. It is the first time we have ever asked to be downgraded 😂 Reception were so helpful and moved us to our originally booked room with no hesitation. This room was also a lovely room and the hot tub was perfect as the nights were quite cold. The food was standard all inclusive. The waiting staff cannot do enough. That goes for all the staff not just waiting on staff. The Garden Grill was lovely would have loved to have eaten there every night! If there is one negative hotel wise is the drinks. Although it's not a huge deal would have been nice to be able to get your own drinks, when in the restaurants. It could still be done safely using gloves and masks. We felt like we were constantly waiting on drinks, not the staffs fault as they are always so busy. The location was the only downside from the holiday itself. We like to have a wander around of a night, but there is nothing around. This is perfect for a chilled out, strictly hotel based holiday. If that's what your looking for this hotel is ideal.

I wanted to spend my 50th birthday quietly away and this is what I got at Tui blue lagoon princess. My partner and I spent 8 days there and we had a fabulous time. We arrived there in the 28th Sep and had a thunderstorm on the night we landed but the weather was kind to us the next few days after (lol). The temperature around this time was 21/23 degrees Celsius but do not be fooled as we got a nice tan so lots of suncream needed even around that time. We booked for a double room which was lovely, was a good size and had a balcony as well. The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided everyday as well. The only thing that we found strange was that we ordered breakfast through room service and we were not provided with neither plates or cutlery but that was a mistake obviously😜 The resort is very big and we did not feel the need to venture outside as there is even a private beach , 3 bars, and I believe 5 swimming pools and with covid situation we felt safe as per it’s size people were dispersed all the time, furthermore staff are always wearing masks but we did notice that quite a few their nose was not covered as the masks were put below it. There is a buffet restaurant and an a la carte one as well(which needs to be pre booked. We did go in the buffet one and it’s fair to say that I am a fussy eater but the food did not disappoint. We personally found the good amazing. There was something different cooked every night we were there and I did have seconds which is unlike me😜😜 The staff were very professional and friendly and they always approached the table to see if we were okay or to refill our glasses. The beach has gazebos that you can hire and by putting an app on your phone you can order drinks without getting up From your spot, and a massage service from your gazebo if you fancy. There is a spa as well, a sauna, hairdressing salon … we booked a couples massage on my birthday but when we turned up a lady and a gentleman was going to fo it. I was not comfortable for the gentleman to do mine so they said they would swap but my husband was not comfortable for him to do his as well, they explained that they did not have enough therapists which was a buzz kill but we agreed to fo one at a time eventually. It would be great if management could look into this Overall I had an amazing 50th at the Tui Blue lagoon princess , we are thinking of returning again for summer next year

Just stayed for 7 nights. Rooms are lovely, location is nice. Hotel closes mid October for the winter. So some restaurants are close, food choose drops by half. When you eat breakfast & lunch you eat with the staff so you fell you are in a canteen. Some staff are friendly but others are really rude! They have had enough! I wish we would have been told that they close we would have gone else were.

We stayed for ten nights from late September into early October and really enjoyed our stay. Positives: - Staff are really friendly and make a real effort to interact with children. - Great service round pools and in bars to bring drinks/top ups. - Rooms are very high quality (junior suite) with nearly all having pool or sea views (or both) - My daughter (3) loved the entertainment, was good to cover a broad spectrum of ages. - Pools and lounger setups provide plenty of room and availability. - Buffet selection in the evening was excellent, as was variation. Possible improvements (very minor): - Drinks could do with a bit of work. Hard to taste the strength in some spirits/cocktails. - Bar service on the beach would be good if possible as a little? Other points of note for those travelling: The local area is fairly limited although there are nice walls up the beach. Theres not a wealth of bars from what we could find so we spent a lot of time in the hotel. Was not a problem for us but if you’re looking for alternative evenings out etc it may not be perfect for it. Weather in late September into October varied a lot with it being end of season. We had 5/6 days of great sunshine and about 21-23 degrees but also felt cold when it was cloudier. The pools are really cold but I would guess in peak season that is exactly what you would want; just made for a bit of a chilly experience towards the end of the year. Overall we had a really good stay, very much recommended for families. Some of the staff clearly work really long shifts and are always so pleasant. Would definitely return if we were to come back to Greece.

We have just returned from a two week stay here, as a family of 4 (3year old and 5month old) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is spotlessly clean and maintained very well. It’s also well spaced out but not too big that it takes you ages to walk around. ROOM: We booked a suite with private pool (room 2501) which was pretty central in the resort. The room was plenty big enough for us 4, lots of storage space so you didn’t have to live out of suitcases. Our room was cleaned daily by the lovely ladies who did a great job and were very friendly. We had a large terrace and the pool was huge, although unfortunately the sun went off the terrace by 11am and the pool was FREEZING, so we didn’t spend much time here which was disappointing. The bed was very big and comfortable. There is a hairdryer but it’s one of those little ones that you have to keep hold of the button, so if you have long, thick hair like me then take your own! There is no iron in the room (I hate ironing so didn’t mind!) I found the towels to be quite small so I did miss not having the robe and slippers (think due to Covid) but not a massive issue! There’s a mini fridge, not a mini bar so you only get water and a bottle of fizz in there on arrival. Tv channels, if you need that while you’re away, you can get sky news and challenge (got to love a bit old old school catchphrase before tea!) STAFF: Overall very friendly and attentive. The snack bar guys let the team down unfortunately. FOOD I am the fussiest eater, but I can honestly say I never went hungry while here, like another reviewer I did put on a few pounds :/ I always found the food to be of a good temperature. Lots of variety and cooked very well in the main restaurant. There are 2 a la carte restaurants for lunch and evening meal too (evening meal you have to pre-book) We had lunch at the green and grill most days. The pizzas were very good and my partner enjoyed the gyros (pork or chicken) We went to the a la carte’s once each. The green and grill you could cook your own meat, we enjoyed this and would recommend. The taverna was nice, different courses and had views out to the beach. It was quite laid back, so sometimes there was a bit of a wait between courses! The snack bar was open 11:30-6’ish and served hot dogs, crepes, waffles, sandwiches, toasties etc! No complaints with the food here, it was great and worked well for our 3 year old as the evening meal times were a-bit late for him to eat. I found the staff in here a little bit rude which didn’t put me off going sometimes. The queues also get rather big at times, they could do with 3 staff there - one for the crepes as this is what seems to hold the queue up and the others to prep and serve other foods. DRINKS: We aren’t massive drinkers so can’t comment on much for this section, but the soft drinks are awful!! The beer is drinkable but not strong, which I liked! There’s also strawberry or mango flavoured slush machines in a couple of bars which were nice. POOLS: Absolutely freezing!! I went in our private one a couple of times, but mainly went in the kids pool - the shallowest! The kids weren’t phased but the looks on the adults when they went in were hilarious!! The swim up pools have lifeguards and aren’t just for people in the rooms - anyone can use them. They are also only open 9-6 when the lifeguards are there due to local laws, so if you’re wanting a midnight dip, don’t book a swim up room! ENTERTAINMENT: Hats off to the TUI entertainment! The effort they put in to their performances each night was like they were doing it for the first time, even though it was probably the 1000th time. Despite it getting slightly repetitive by the time we were in our second week of being there, we still enjoyed it. We even find ourselves singing some of the songs now we’re home!! BEACH: We only went here once, booked one of the cabanas which I would highly recommend, especially if you have little ones to keep them out the sun. The waiters come round very frequently to offer drinks and you can also request a fruit platter which is very nice. The beach itself is ok Sandy/stony. A fair bit of seaweed but not too much of an issue. The sea was nice but watch out for the jellyfish, they are quite small!! LOCATION: It was about 30/40minutes from the airport (private taxi) and other than TUI blue lagoon palace next door, there’s literally nothing else to do. If you’re into going out and about I would either hire a car or not stay here. Overall, it was a great family hotel and would recommend staying here as a family - maybe only for a week/10 days! Tip: there’s an unofficial Facebook group run by frequent guests of the hotel with lots of info and tips on there!
