The lodge itself is beautiful. We had the biggest room in the house on the first floor and the views were spectacular. We overlooked their large prarie property and saw the mountains, the goats, the llama and the chickens. The beds and amenities were very comfortable. Gina is very gracious--she welcomed us warmly and took us out to the barn...

Husband and I stayed here for the first time this weekend. We had wanted to on an earlier trip but couldn't get a reservation. It's that popular and now we know why. Gina and D'Arcy are great people with a beautiful property. We love the Arkansas Valley with its year-round activities and look forward to coming back this summer. The...

My boyfriend and I just stayed in the Shavano room. We had an amazing view of the mountains. The bed and bedding are so comfortable. Warm, comfy robes are provided. Breakfast is unbelievable. Plenty of fuel for a bike ride, hike or skiing. Homemade yogurt with berries. Cinnamon rolls. Huevos rancheros the first morning and Monte cristos and hash browns...

Had a great time here definitely coming back. First time at a bed and breakfast; Gina and D'arcy were very welcoming and helpful. Super dog friendly and great place for the kids to enjoy spending some time feeding the goats. Thank you for another great memory on our album.

My wife, son and I (and our dog) were lucky enough to stay at the Mountain Goat Lodge when we came down to ski at Monarch for a couple of days. We were in the Sawatch suite: we were surprised at how large the suite was. Our 11 year old was impressed at how big the TV was ( insert...

I can't say enough great things. The room was nice, the views were gorgeous, and the owners we're so friendly. I highly recommend. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. Plus, there's so much to do around there.

We completely enjoyed our first visit to Mountain Goat Lodge. Every amenity that we could have asked for was present: beautiful clean room with a balcony, private bathroom, mini-fridge in the room, and comfy bed with special sheets. Our dog was not only allowed, but was welcomed with dog treats and a dog bed; the large completely-enclosed dog yard was...

We spent three nights here with our adult daughters and one daughter's Fiancé/3 children. Comfortable rooms, beautiful setting, delicious and filling breakfasts, and the owner is delightful. Knowledgeable about the area, a great cook and possessing a wonderfully dry sense of humor, she definitely added to our stay. Memorable all around.

This was my second stay at the Mountain Goat Lodge. This experience was equally as wonderful as the first. Gina was out of town for my second stay, and I was disappointed that I didn't get to see her, but Tori (her understudy) made it a wonderful stay for us! We stayed in the Sawatch suite, and had amazing views...
