The room was dirty the bathroom shower curtain had lots of mold on it shower wall had mold, bathroom floor look like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while shower was dirty with soap scum microwave had not been cleaned moldy walls in the swimming pool/hot tub area will never stay here again and the price was way too high for this kind of service travelers beware This was reported to front desk the only thing they did was change out the shower curtain and acted like it was no big deal
It was a God Send, because I was caught in a snow storm and trapped between two passes, Vail and Eisenhower pass/tunnel. Great place to stay. I will stay here more often. My colleague called in the booking while I was sliding down the pass into Silverthorn. I was not going to attempt Vail pass under the conditions that presented me.
Needed numerous repairs and the tub and bathroom floor were dirty. The receptionist appeared to hate her job 😳. Deadbolt didn’t lock and vanity light strobed and was unusable and out you in seizure mode. Great view of the mountains
Nice King Suite with full kitchen. Excellent value at an excellent price. Wish we were staying longer than just one night to be able to enjoy it more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use a little help.
We got to the hotel around 10:30 PM from a concert. At check in the front desk clerk said that the hotel was sold out and there was no rooms available. I showed her my reservation and she stated the there system had some issues and had booked out all the rooms. At that time there was about 8 more guest that had reservation and they were turn away to. She called the area manager and 2 hours later he called and told her to give us a room at the current rate. I told her that that was not going to happen because I had a reservation and it was not my fault that happen. She finally got us a room with a king bed the was not what I reserved , we took it because we had no other choice, it was either that or sleep in our vehicle. Very bad customer service, especially from management.
