Room was okay for its price. I did have a few issues like the sink was partially clogged and asked to fix this but was not resolved. I was okay with that since it was only one night. The part that I did not like is the service. The staff that I encountered were all okay but when I found that I may have been bitten by a bug, the manager was extremely rude and not very helpful. It took a while for the manager to just send me a pest control screenshot with no explanation. I don't think she was lying to me but the way she talked to me was very offensive. Staying here was an okay experience but talking to the manager with some problems made it terrible.
Great value for a stay in Silverthorne. I’m not sure why there is so much negativity in previous reviews. Our stay was as expected for the price, and actually expectations in a few ways. The location is only 12 minutes away from Keystone. The room was clean. The service was friendly. The price was the lowest of any Summit County hotels that we could find for a holiday week. An unexpected surprise was having a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but for a one or two night stay in the mountains, it was fine. Would definitely recommend.
Room was adequate and had worn out furniture and curtains. Bathroom tiny ,and fan next door went ALL night for a sleepless night. Do not get #217. Staff was barely friendly, and breakfast is to be avoided. At least, we didn't sleep in our car.
It doesn't appear they put much into maintaining this place. The floors were dirty and significant deterioration of the building. If you are concerned about security, you should know the side doors are not locked and the first floor windows open all the way open without screens. It would be very easy to climb in or out without much effort. The breakfast is not much to talk about. If you just want something in your stomach it's fine. If you just need a place to sleep it's fine. The front desk staff were nice and the bedding was comfortable.
We traveled with our English Bulldog, Sir Elton. Luxury Inn & Suites was the closest available room that allowed pets. The room was very clean. The A/C worked great, as did the ICE MACHINE. The wonderful and kind staff allowed us to have the BEST room location we requested for our needs for Sir Elton. The Breakfast was delightful, and we enjoyed the time we were at Luxury Inn & Suites. I would stay there again, the price was 'RIGHT'.
