Visited to do some nordic skiing in December 2022. Room was a very large king bed with a couch and big desk to work at along with a sink/fridge area. Lots of room to spread out and close to everything in Dillon. Only complaint was that the bed was kind of hard. Other than that a great visit. We did not eat the breakfast so can't comment. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was large.
Needed a spot to stay for the night - late night flight in to Denver and driving to Utah the next day. This was perfect. Clean room, quiet stay, great mountain view out of the front door. The staff that checked us in (Bob and Stephan) late night was great - friendly and helpful. We didn't grab a breakfast, but were thankful for a perfect night of sleep.
We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton property. From the warm greeting we received by Jon at the front desk, to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. All went really well. The location is convenient to Vail and Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I had arrived very late the night before at another Hampton Inn. He tried to set up everything for our next day of travel. When we arrived at this Hampton Inn, there was no reservation. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. First, she let us take time to make sure he had not booked at another hotel. She did not want us to be double charged. Once we were sure he had not booked a room anywhere for this night, we went in and booked a room here. She upgraded us to a mountain view. It was already late that evening. I cannot say enough about how kind she was. Our room was clean and quiet. I love the layout of rooms. I am not sure the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she gets an excellent rating for customer service.
Stopped here for the night on a road trip. The hallways & elevators are a little tired but the room was great! Very clean. Spacious bathroom. The views aren’t great but we weren’t here on vacation, we just needed a nice place to sleep. We had dinner in town. It’s a cute but more modest area than the surrounding resort communities. Perfect for road trippers.
The hotel was overall nice. Very standard Hampton Inn experience, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. My room had a slightly musty smell; not overpowering but definitely there. My biggest gripe with the hotel is the parking, which is $8/night over the room rate. There is a row of very narrow parking spaces in front of the hotel, but it's definitely not enough spaces so if you get there after 5pm or so, you have to park somewhere else. There are 4 spaces with electric vehicle chargers, but those were taken by non-EVs every night I stayed there, probably because there aren't enough spots otherwise. Overnight I generally need to upload a lot of files and was happy with the performance of the free-tier internet; it was faster than most places I go.
Great breakfast, including chocolate waffles with whipped cream and cut fruit. Larger bedroom than usual for the price. Spotless clean. Many eating places within easy walking distance. In the town of Silverthorne, but on the border with Dillon, so don't be surprised if GPS takes you to Dillon.
Surrounded by mountains and very popular ski resorts, this hotel is an affordable middle ground. The hotel is clean, easy to find, and is near lots of food options. Breakfast was good and had a good variety, though small dining area. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel and whirlpool were clean, but the water in both were colder than expected. The "hot tub" was more lukewarm.
This is a pretty average Hampton Inn. I felt the housekeeping could be improved - more deep cleaning need which is pretty much the same for most hotels these days. The AC unit in our room was a little noisy but we were able to sleep ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast options including hot food - eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, etc. Overall I'd stay again, but would recommend management improves housekeeping to bring it up to Hilton Standards.
We live in Littleton, CO and stay at this hotel often in the summer and winter. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing different this time was being charge $8 for parking. The parking lot was full and we did not park at the hotel. We park away from it and walked. The outside lights were all out (an Xcel Energy issue) and it made it harder to see in icy conditions. The $8 fee is something new they have added. There is no valet at this hotel and the parking lot was full. It was not used and I do not feel we should have been charged this amount.
