With a musical tour group spending one night here. Hotel perfect old rooms clean. Nice bathrooms, great bar. No elevators so you have to climb stairs. Not recommended for elderly. Hotel staff awesome. Will return.
The past two trips to Silverton we ate at the Teller House, so sad that it wasn't open at Noon on this trip. They have great food. They are open at 4pm, but our Train left before then. Will it ever be available at Noon again ? My favorite is their made from scratch Cheesecake.
Wonderful quiet escape. Walk back in time and enjoy a historical experience. Amazing hosts... If you are looking for a get away in the mountains with the opportunity to meet locals, breathe fresh air, have a local brew go to Silverton.
"Rooms in front overlook the main street and may be noisy during the day"
"Room 2 is large and has a good view of the quaint main street as well as the hills"
"Our room was in the back off the street. If it is a busy time in Silverton it might be a little noisy in a room on the street."
"You can get a room with our without a private bath... we got one with, but the shared bath is also clean and only steps away."
"Ask for a room at the front of the hotel for a lovely view of the main street."
