HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 March 2017

You need to know that Hotel Talisa is NOT open for business yet as of this review but my stars are rated on their customer service. I just read Michael D's review about construction issues. We too had a reservation next weekend. We got an incredibly great rate and were warned that much of the hotel would not be open...

Around a month prior to our stay in one of the condos, the hotel contacted us to let us know that basically nothing would be open due to construction delays. This wouldn't be such an issue if it weren't Vail and Spring Break. The hotel "generously" agreed to waiving the resort fees, or, in our case refund the money. We...

Hi, Michael. We are truly so sorry for this inconvenience. Trust that as soon as we received the updated construction timeline, we immediately took action to contact guests within that window who were staying in our residences. Unfortunately, with the massive scope of the hotel’s renovation, along the way - unforeseeable circumstances have arisen that have impacted the construction timeline....

Stayed there for 2 March Ski trips now. Doubt my wife and I will ever try to stay anywhere else in Vail. I love the private lift and the village is right down the road if you want to mix it up a little.

We had our wedding in Vail and had a room block with Vail Cascade. The accommodations and staff were incredible to our guest. They helped shuttle our guests around and even allowed us to reserve a shuttle. They went above and beyond and delivered send gift baskets that we created to all of our guests. The rates for the wedding...

We have stayed in this resort twice. Our favorite time of year to visit is for Snow Daze in December. Crowds in the slopes are light and there's enough snow to have fun! This resort offers ski in/ski out accommodations and has a ski rental shop next to the loft. Perfect combo!

My family and I spent Christmas in Vail at the Vail Cascade Resort. I don't think you can go wrong with Christmas in Vail or Christmas at Vail Cascade. The resort was nicely decorated for the Holidays and had plenty of activities for people of all ages. You can ski in and out of the resort (blue slope) or you...

Loved this hotel. The views are spectacular and a nice walk into town. They also have shuttles that you can take back and forth. I would suggest a room on the river side. Nice size rooms for families.

I came here for a conference so it was a two day fully paid stay at the resort. While the rooms were great and the conference facilities were near the rooms and well maintained, the value of the resort does not match the exorbitant rates I normally see for this resort. Sure the resort had plenty of amenities and nice...
