The staff at the Cascade make this resort. My family just spent 7 wonderful days. Two adult kids enjoyed the staff at the pool bar. Front desk, shuttle drivers, bell men are all A++, go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was a little dusty and turn down offered just one night. Otherwise, super stay. Try for...

Time and time again, our guests comment on how relaxed they feel after staying with us. We have stayed at the Vail Cascade annually for 5 years. This facility never disappoints. The service is outstanding and the shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village leaves everything open for visitors to explore. We always pay more for a room that has a balcony and overlooks the river. It is a great experience to sit on your balcony, have...

We are glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay with your friends and enjoyed the serenity of our location, our unique amenities and our...

The rooms were very clean and the service was great. For a popular and busy hotel you could tell that the rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was great. They made sure your stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

This is a great resort. We stayed 2 nights and were able to visit Vail Village and Lionshead. We took the gondola from Lionshead then walked the mountain trail across to the Vail Village gondola. It was a mile walk through the forest. We also rented bikes from the Cascade for one hour and bicycled through the town on the...

Dear jteam19, Glad to hear you appreciated our shuttle service and proximity to the villages of Vail. Many visitors to Vail do not realize that parking in Vail is at a premium and having a garage on-property is a huge advantage to our guests. Our shuttle service is included in our resort charge and is a great way to get...

A great place to stay if you want to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. We stayed 4 nights this past winter. The ski storage can be a bit crazy at peak time but they have plenty of help to get you out fast. Your boots are nice and dry in the morning due...

Dear BobD974, Thank you for your great review! We appreciate hearing our guest’s favorite memories while staying at Vail Cascade. Glad to hear you and your family took advantage of our ski concierge services, onsite chairlift and our poolside service. Winter is around the corner (matter-of-fact, the back bowls of Vail received snow this week). We hope to see you...

Some of balconies open up to the stream and it is a beautiful site to wake up to, make sure to request one of these rooms! The gym is awesome, including a basketball court and racquetball courts as well. The only downside I would say is that it is not right in Vail Village or Lionshead Village. It is a...

Dear MissTraveler_55, First of all, thank you for selecting Vail Cascade for your recent stay. It sounds like you enjoyed your room overlooking Gore Creek – we agree, there is something about listening to the creek that sets your mind at ease. Glad to hear you took advantage of Aria Club. This was our second trip to the Vail Cascade--this time, we stayed in a condo with our three kids. It was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. It couldn't have been more relaxing. We stayed in Coldstream 43, which had a bunk bed that had one twin and one full (perfect for our children).

We got quite a good deal in the off season (Sept) through Travelocity as one of its 'secret hotel' offers, so I was naturally skeptical. I shouldnt have been. While this resort might show its age on the outside compared to some of the newer and I'm certain MUCH more expensive options in Vail, it stands on its own merit...
