We recently stayed at the Sebastian for four nights for spring skiing. It did not disappoint. It was very quick to arrive to off of the freeway. The Lobby is gorgeous and welcoming. We were checking in late and they helped us do this quickly so we could get to bed. The Front Desk staff helped us unload our bags...

We just stayed here for nearly 2 weeks while skiing. The hotel is modern and contemporary with nice size rooms. The highlight is the base camp ski service / ski valet run by Jakob and his team. Right by gondola one his enthusiastic team will have your boots warm and ready on your arrival and your skis are then waiting...

The Sebastian is amazing. The amenities are top notch. The spa is clean and well kept. The people are very friendly and quick to accommodate and anticipate your needs. The location is good but you do have to walk to the ski garage to pick up gear. The ski garage is literally 10 yards from gondola one.

From arrival we could tell that this hotel was going to be great. When we arrived, our room was upgraded for free and the receptionist said that they have a car available to us, should we need to visit the local supermarket. Our room was big. The minibar was restocked daily with complimentary soft drinks and a we had a...

My 10-year-old daughter, 85-pound Labrador and I were "stranded" in Vail because of a mixup with United Airlines. We wanted to stay in Vail Village, but there are very few hotels in the actual village, and most don't allow dogs. When we walked into The Sebastian, the manager on duty, Victor Jovanov, came out from behind the desk and started...

Not only is this a full scale hotel with all the amenities, including pool, fitness room, restaurants(plural), great bar, and a children's game center near the breakfast dining room. The best feature besides the friendliness of the staff is the ski center. the ski staff takes all the concern of your equipment. the hotel has its own ski center within...

I was traveling with my 14 year old daughter who wanted to learn to ski. In advance of our arrival the concierge desk was very helpful and these interactions led me to have high expectations. The first room we were shown (the reservation was for 2 queens) was claustrophobic and dingy. I asked for a change and our present room...

The Sebastian is a good place to stay in Vail but I was a little bit under impressed. As often in the US with these type of resorts despite the word used to promote the place it's geared more the mass market than Asian or European counterparts. I would not consider it as a 5-star hotel it seems to be...

My fiance and I chose The Sebastian Vail for our annual Christmas/New Years ski vacation after researching other luxury hotels in the Vail Village. We typically stay at Four Seasons resorts but were interested in trying a new brand and wanted a more personal boutique feel for the holidays. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations and the service...
