Everything was first rate. We had a great room. The complimentary breakfast the next day was great. It has lovely grounds and is located close to everything in Vail. Valet parking is the way to go. There is city owned parking a few blocks away.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Tivoli Lodge. We had never traveled to CO or even Vail. We stayed here for four nights in October after reading such great reviews on Trip Advisor. The lodge is just steps away from Vail Village- literally- with tons of restaurant and shop options there is so much to do, even...

This hotel was perfect for our three-night stay in September. Its location is ideal to the base of the mountain for access to the Vail One Gondola, and is adjacent to the walking/biking path. The city shuttle bus stops just a few steps from the hotel. It is a short stroll to the center of Vail Village for restaurants. Covered...

We arrived in Vail a day early for the house we rented so we needed a place to sleep just for a night. I wish we would have shown up several days early! We had such a nice time. It is beautiful, has a great view of the mountain, and the rooms are well appointed - big room, bar, and...

From a warm greeting from the front desk as we stepped in the front doors to a thank you for staying with us from the owner as we went to check out the Tivoli did it again. Whenever we come to Vail the Tivoli is the only place that my wife will stay. All of the staff we interacted with...

This was our first stay at Tivoli, and we enjoyed it. The building is beautiful, the room was clean and well decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to much of Vail's shops and restaurants. Parking on the property is valet only, which seems fairly par for the course in Vail. Public parking is...

There is a reason that this hotel is ranked number one in Vail! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vail Village, so it is in walking distance of every shop & restaurant. The staff is so inviting and friendly! The decor is very warm and has the perfect lodge/log-cabin feel. Our room was on the 2nd floor...

We were traveling through Colorado enroute from tent camping. It was very rainy, so I started looking at hotels in cities we would pass through early in the evening. Clicked on Vail, not expecting to find anything in our price range. Was very surprised to find a fantastic off-season rate on this fine hotel. As an airline captain, I have...

Great location, close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street backing up to the mountain. Beautiful, "grand" hotel with an extremely friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the fall colors and walking through Vail, we even saw some moose and a fox. If you're into hiking, it's worth the trip to Hanging Lake! It's quite a climb but worth...

Our second stay at Tivoli in October 2014 was just as pleasant as our first stay in 2012. Although it was obvious that Vail is gearing up for ski season and the 2015 World Ski Championships, we were still treated, as another reviewer commented, "like family" at Tivoli. This is a family-owned hotel and Speedy, the family's chocolate lab, welcomes...
