The perfect place for a week's total rest and relaxation. Amazing views, pool just outside my room. I was very happy here. Breakfast was ok. My only complaint would be people playing billiards/snooker while others are trying to enjoy their breakfast and the serenity. All of a sudden the odd guest would start smashing billiard balls around loudly. Billiards/snooker table should be banned at breakfast time. Otherwise it was great here.

Accomodation was lovely. Beds were so very very comfortable with lovely chunky pillows. TV package was good. Fridge was nice and cold, A.C. great. Good shower with lashings of hot water. Had a safety deposit box. Tea and coffee making facilities. Spacious balcony with 2 chairs, a small table and a lounger. Our room looked out over the sea and the main pool area, the main pool was quite large and very clean. Our room was the same price as the pool access rooms. These rooms, although with pool access had no view at all, just an 8ft wall so we were glad that we did not book one of those. Immaculate gardens, a couple of cabanas and a swing on the beach. Restaurant was large, comfortable seating and there was a rooftop terrace that unfortunately needed a little bit of TLC. Breakfast was adequate and the evening menu was ok but we were there out of season so not everything was available. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. There is a large supermarket just across the road, restaurants, bars and other shops nearby . The sea was a bit choppy and only had 1 day good snorkelling out of 3 on the next beach . The water dips down quite sharply so I don't recommend this for young children also the current was strong in places but we were off season with lots of rain and thunderstorms its probably better in the summertime. All in all a nice hotel and good value for money.

This place was good value for money. Beachfront property with cafe facing the sea, so lovely for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Nice gardens. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We found the room a bit dark.

We frequently stay at Sunsethouse because we LOVE the location. It is a great place to hang out and enjoy the waves and the sun. The swimming pool is of a decent length and there is usually sunshine to work on your tan. The bed is very comfortable and they have a GREAT breakfast. And it is REALLY nice that if they have availability, they will let you check in early. We will be back. Great LOCATION! Great VIEW! Great SERVICE!

Stay here for 3 nights after our stay in Gili Trawangan and before heading back home. We have no plan for sightseeing in Lombok. Just basically to rest and relax. Room Ground level Beachfront (Jasmine Room) Nice view of the sea. Few steps to the pool. The room is super clean despite that it looks tired. The first thing we noticed was the musky smell and the sticky floor. Probably due to being unoccupied for a period of time. Our door was faulty and despite the staff being so prompt attending to it, they didn’t really fix the lock. So basically we just use one door to go in and out. The curtains need fixing too. It’s dusty and some parts are out of the railing. This is due to the position of the curtains and the door. When you draw the curtains, it makes it harder for you to open the door to leave the room. The curtains got stuck to the door. Usually when we leave the room in the late afternoon, we would draw the curtains. Hope the resort can look into this matter. Do take note of the limited TV channel. Breakfast We were given a choice of Western or Indonesian food. Each set come with 2 eggs and you can choose how you want it to be cooked. On the counter, they prepared fruits platter, free flow of breads for you to toast and you can have it with butter or jam. We love the Soto. Staff They are super helpful, prompt and most of all friendly. Location It’s close enough to a nearby restaurant, cafe and bar by taxi (20 000 IDR = SGD2). Most of the eating place outside Sunsethouse Lombok are closed or almost non-existence. We asked the local from the minimart for a nearest Warung and mostly said there are none. Minimart is less than 5 minutes walk. First night we went to Happy Cafe (taxi fare 20 000 IDR = SGD2) for dinner and live music) During the day, (for two consecutive days) we went to EpiCentrum (taxi fare 60 000 IDR = SGD6) for our lunch at Omah Cobek for Lombok dishes. Worth the trip I must say. Transport to Airport We simply took the BlueBird taxi. It cost us 200 000 IDR = SGD20. Cat Lover There are three resident cats. We bought them biscuits and feeding bowl. Hopefully you can contribute biscuits to them if you happen to come to stay with the resort. The kitties will appreciate it much.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks but only ate here for dinner 3 times. A very basic menu, could be better with an improved variety of food. The staff are nice , friendly and polite, the restaurant has lovely views over the ocean, beautiful sunsets.

We had 4 days in this hotel and loved every minute. Located on the beach we had our meals only 2 metres from the sand. Lovely clean rooms with an amazing view. Really helpful and friendly staff. Good location as just a short ride into the main street in Senggigi.

Had a very romantic stay here in this quiet hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are great and the grounds are lovely. I especially liked the rooftop bar, the pool with views of the ocean and the little couples cabins that you could read in. The restaurant has great views over the ocean and the grilled fish I had one time was actually the best thing I ate whilst in Indonesia!

Stayed in a room overlooking pool and beach. It was clean, comfortable, working aircon and cable TV. Spacious bathroom and hot water. Room was made up promptly and properly during breakfast. As per other reviews there are some beach hawkers but a firm and polite no stops them in their tracks. The breakfast was delicious but was a gesture more than a meal as portion size was not as large as it should have been. That said. I enjoyed my stay here and would throughly recommend the establishment. .
