Highly recommended. Ensure you stay at this great place. The Villas are very big, pretty and well equipped. From the living room we had a direct access to the private Pool. Just AMAZING! The staff were very polite, kind and professional and at breakfast they always ensured you had what you needed. One of us needed gluten free food and that was no problem what so ever. The sunset from the Sunset bar is to die for. Order a drink and just let the sunset sink in. Thank you to the entire team. We will be back.

We were very happy to be welcomed at the Pool Villa Club at the Merumatta Senggigi Lombok. Beautifully kept, lovely staff and located on a beautiful bay. Our Villa had two storeys, a huge living area and its own sundeck with access to the Lazy River Pool. Breakfasts were delicious and we also found some nice dining options in the area. Overall a lovely way for us to escape to Lombok.

Took our extended family to Pool Villa Club for a night. Its a pretty expensive place but with covid there are good deals on line. The rooms were awesome in all respects. They all back onto an almost circular pool 1.2m deep. The kids loved the pool access. Buffet breakfast was excellent Indonesian food. Internet, ac and hot water worked well. Staff were helpful and respectful. The rooms seem to block all outside noise. Loved it.

Good choice for spending few days when "new normal" has been applied. Hotel provided many hand sanitizer spot and staff put mask, they had checked the guest's body temperature before checked in. We had breakfast at kila resto (hotel's group) and do checkin/checkout at their receptionist

We went there for our annual couples outing. The place was amazing and the size of the room great. The jacuzzi was very romantic and the room had access to the pool. Our problem was the lack Of vegetarian options. We saw a lot of Other properties while we were there and this was by far the best. Location was also very central. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would surely recommend that place.

Just like being in Paradise. Superb location, luxurious yet traditional accommodation, friendly staff and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be returning but for longer next time. If you’re looking for a place where you can lay back in your villa in the day or wander down to the fabulous beach and swim in the clear blue sea and then head off for some partying in the night this is it. Please visit, you won’t be sorry 😊

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to this amazing villa. Direct lagoon pool access, with own private courtyard and massive outdoor spa. The villa was immaculate and the gardens in the whole complex were beautifully maintained. Breakfast was good with a selection of many options. Ask for banana pancakes and they will be made for you. The staff are so friendly and happy hour cocktails were so relaxing watching the beach and the world go by. We would definetly stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had booked two rooms at Kila Senggigi Beach Resort through Agoda. Agoda sent us an email if we wanted to book a taxi to the hotel. Since it was our first time there and we were arriving late on a Friday night, we decided ok and we paid $49 AUD. There was no taxi waiting, we got hounded by people to use them. Long story short, One guy offered his phone for us to ring the hotel. The hotel didn’t get the confirmation email.. The hotel said they would sort it for us but we needed to pay the taxi so we did. They gave us a free upgrade to a villa in the Pool Villa Club area of the resort coz they were overbooked. The villa was the best thing to happen on what started out as a scary night. We were so excited and happy with it we couldn’t sleep til like 3am. The staff were more than happy to help us with anything we asked. There’s a buggy that takes you anywhere in the 14 hectare resort. The Pool Villa Club restaurant was only open for breakfast and the pool bar open for free coffee/tea and afternoon tea every afternoon 3-5pm. On the Monday afternoon when we got in from a day out, one of the friendly staff who I can’t find his name, said Agoda wasn’t answering there query about the taxi so they said they would pay for a driver to take us to the airport and have a porter (?) to help us with bags, check in etc until we went through to the departure area. I was grateful for all the extra attention to detail. Late afternoon they would spray the doorways for mozzies and turn down our beds, and replenish our water supplies. The fruit on the dining table was nice. The supplied toiletries was superb. The robes were a decent size. The lagoon pool was right at the end of the courtyard and the way the tiles are it was easy to get in and out of the pool. I really can’t fault the place. I would recommend them for sure.…

Lovely hotel with well kept gardens and very kind staff. Rooms were cleaned daily with a turn down service in the evening. They also generously replaced water twice a day so we were always well stocked. Rooms were nice, although there were some elements that appeared a little tired, such as the fold out sofa bed, blinds and stereo which were all broken and the very grainy tv. Wifi was also quite slow. Apart from that we had a lovely stay, the large pool was great fun to swim in and we enjoyed the breakfast each day (we went to the main restaurant as it had a greater selection and seemed more fresh). The staff were very friendly, especially Juni at breakfast and Ari & the others at afternoon tea (we were a big fan of the afternoon tea and went most days). The location of the hotel is also nice. …
