I camped here over 50 times in the last 10 years and I never will again. Riverdale Campground is a large and beautiful campground with gardens, a lake, a stream, an arcade, and ball court. We enjoyed occasional weekends in the spring, summer, and fall. They had a friendly staff, wonderful activities for the kids, and have good fishing. Over...

Very nice experience at Riverdale Farms. Not crowded at this time of year. Well maintained. No problems. Very friendly staff. Proximity to beaches is a big plus. Many good restaurants in area...Lenny & Joe's; The Log Cabin.

We told the check in lady what size unit we had. She put us into a slot for a unit 10 feet shorter.. It was like shoving 10 pounds into a 5 pound sack. After 45 minutes or more of maneuvering, twisting, turning we finally got into the slot. The slot was dirty and you could tell it had not...

Got this confused with another spot. We pulled in here after missing the turn off the interstate. The road is a little hidden. But after a phone call we arrived. This is tucked away next to a lake and a river that runs along the road. It has beautiful grounds to walk. Everyone was helpful and tis is where we...

Spent 2 nights tenting to be closer to the Block Island Ferry. There's no enforcement of the "rules", golf carts (some driven by kids) whipping around well past quiet hours, fireworks going off, the radios! That was the worse! They blared past 2am, with yelling & swearing over the music. Truly felt like it was a competition on who's radio...

My husband and I chose this campground because it was centrally located to where 2 of our children live. From the phone reservation straight through the check-in and check-out process, the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Felt very welcome. We have a 32' Fifth Wheel and stayed at Site # 141 (3 adults). This site had a concrete pad...

The good: There's a decent playground for the kids, and there are some lovely gardens by the entrance. The location is convenient and the drive there is very pretty. The bathrooms were clean (lots of beetles, though). The bad: *Don't stay here if you don't have a camper with a full bathroom and shower.* -For an RV/trailer campground, the sites...

Don’t stop here if you want a good night’s sleep. I was traveling with friends and they stopped there and the night of Oct 10, 2015. Some halfwit had a camper near the pond and recreation room had his radio blasting until 3:00 AM, and him or her with their friends loud as all could be. When I asked who...

We stayed in a cabin. This arrangement worked very well for us. Roomy, comfortable, shady. Needs a broom otherwise well equipped. As advised, you do need your own pillows and bedding, towels, facecloths and soaps AND bring extra toilet paper and tissues with you. Overall, very enjoyable, pleasant and quiet. Would book again in an instant!!!
