Great deal, recently renovated and still ongoing, excellent improvements, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Last year we noticed the rooms had deteriorated and the breakfast area eas closed. This year the rooms were much improved, breakfast was very good. Good value for the price, will stay here again.
Great place except for smoke smell. Staff was phenomenal and very convenient from I84. Plenty of food and gas options. I just always go back to smoke smell. It’s just everywhere. But would stay again but not multiple nights
After being assigned a new room we found it acceptable.Food was ok, coffee was good. The bathroom is dated but was clean. This was I second stay here and our biggest complaint is that they have yet to post our rewards with Wyhndam for our Sept. and Dec 2019 stays.
I have stayed at this hotel about once a week in the past month and 2x a month before that. It is usually for 1 night and I really need my rest for that night. I find this motel is very consistent. The rooms are very clean when I arrive, the King mattresses are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. I love having the fridge, microwave and small coffee pot in the room as I often bring my food and I like having a cup of coffee when I arrive. It is pretty quiet through the night. I usually sleep in and make coffee in the room, but for those who are out and about they have a breakfast downstairs, or one can go to the Dunkin Donuts right down the drive. There is a McDonald's across the highway. Several restaurants deliver. The TV is very good and there are several movie channels. Wifi is easy to connect to. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall and not 5 is because the hotel is undergoing renovations and there will be more improvements in the future.…
We chose this place because it was pet friendly and cheaper than most hotels in the area. ( There is a $20 pet fee which bugs me because my dog is cleaner and better behaved than many hotel guests.). It’s easy to get to off the highway. It is super clean, even walking around in white socks! Even my husband commented on how clean it was. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly big. Also, even though we were by the elevator and vending machines, it was quiet. Breakfast is available and includes mostly carbs including a pancake machine. There was yogurt and apples. The coffee was good. And the breakfast room was clean, clean, clean. Will choose this place again when we’re in the area.
They are under renovation, so keep that in mind. The staff was as accommodating as possible. Breakfast was neat and clean and the attendant was friendly. And there was plenty of room for my 4 legged baby to be comfortable in the king bedroom.
The outside of the motel had tape around the entrance which gave it a shabby and rundown look. There was no mention that the motel was under renovations on its website. The check-in desk was set up in the lobby with two folding tables. The room was clean and comfortable. I was given a handicapped accessible room as the bathroom door was very wide and a chair to put in the tub was provided. The motel is located near Route 84, so there was some traffic noise and I could hear people talking in the parking lot outside. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee which is better than some motels. I don't believe the ice machine was working.
After 10 pm kids from some group running around screaming. No one from group or motel cares. I’d rather sleep in my car than spend $80 for a motel under construction that I can’t sleep in! I’m sure breakfast will be great with lobby under construction
Terrible experience. Very cold hearted people that did not care about anything but money. I was in a very bad car accident. I was unable to make it back to pay the bill to extend my stay. They kicked my family out into the heat. My friend came and told them what happened and they did not care. They only wanted there money.
The property is going through a major renovation. You must look past this. Once it is completed I think it will be a very nice property. The breakfast is lacking in what it offers. Over all the one night stay was very good.
