The service was great, everyone was friendly and ready to help, except the cleaning ladies. I think that they were slow at their work, but it wasn't big problem for us because we weren't spending time in our rooms. All of them doesn't know Czech language very well, but we had our delegate and it wasn't a problem for us....

We booked a 3 night stay via Groupon, to end our 2 week visit to Croatia. Having stayed in some incredible places before, our stay at Hotel Zagreb was very disappointing. The building is in desperate need of some TLC and looks really grubby. No lifts, so tons of flights of stairs to get up to rooms, and down to...

Reading all this other reviews here, I really wonder if I visited the same place. We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed everyone of it. According to the price we payed we got a proper and good service. The stuff was nice and welcoming, the room was clean and ok for a 3star hotel. If somebody is complaining about...

There is nothing redeeming about this place other than it's an emergency overnight in the middle of nowhere. I can't imagine a restaurant that could serve any lower quality nor poorly prepared food in a cafeteria atmosphere with "service" (if it could be called that since it is a "buffet") that is stolid at best. The rooms are spartan. On...

This year we decided to spend our summer holiday in Croatia. With small children we won´t like to drive far away from Slovakia. Karlogab is a small village with one thousand inhabitants around. We choose 3* hotel Zagreb. Hotel is situated near the beach. We had standard room. Quality of the room corresponds with the hotel rating. Also food and...

We've been to this hotel for a 1 week stay during the summer 2015 with a company of 10 pers. We really enjoyed our stay however there was pros and cons in a balanced level. Location is great. The beach is only a few steps away down on the steps. There are enough space on the beach for everybody. The...

This is a standard 3* hotel, with a fair price and a fair service. Inddor/outdoor pool. Good breakfast. We have been only one night and did not use the wi fi. Location directly at the sea. Very good for overnights, instead to sleep in private apartments.

I was disappointed the moment i stepped into the reception. The staff is unfriendly and couldn't care less about the guests. We didn't get the room we paid for, the rooms were far from clean, and the cleaning ladies barged in a couple of times, even though we were in the room. The beach is a disaster and the steps...

Wouldn't say there is any so-called *hotel services* available in the hotel; staff don't care about visitors and overall work quality, may be because there are mostly seasoned workers not interested in long-term assignment. Meal quality is..well a bit better than school breakfast but not that much; *all inclusive* is very different from one you might expect so I wouldn't...

We liked this hotel very much. The food was delicious and we could eat as much as we wanted to. I’d like to recommend operate the bar between 10 and 23 o’clock. Most of the people want to drink cocktails. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. The room was big enough for a family and it was clean, too. Our room...
