Great place, great hosts and thoroughly recommend, pizzas were first class and should not be missed. My children had a great time and the quality of the beds was very good, We could not fault anything.

My husband is a Starbucks-swilling suburbanite whilst I like to pretend I'm more of a suppressed female Ray Mears. Featherdown provided the perfect solution to give us a weekend under canvas with our 5 and 7 year olds. New Barn Farm is set in stunning countryside, complete with pretty sheep in the field beside the tents, 2 cheeky goats and...

We've just spent a very happy few days at New Barn Farm and can't recommend it highly enough. Our children (aged 5 and 7) loved it - and so did we. The tents are amazing. I think I said 'wow' when we opened up our tent to see the wood floors, wood-burning stove, solid dining table, comfy sofa, gorgeous cupboard...

The only way to do campaign ! Amazing tents, service, food, surroundings, nature, animals! Unforgettable weekend ( even in the rain), kids cried as didn't want to leave! The hosts are such a lovely family, and every little thing is though got through! We will be back!

I can't recommend New Barns highly enough. Our recent holiday there was absolutely perfect. The tents have everything you'd expect from a Featherdown Farm - cosy, quirky and contain everything you could possibly need (and more). The location is idyllic; perfect for walking, biking or just lounging around. The pigs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, chickens, ducklings and sheep are...

We arrived on Friday 26th June and travelled with 3 children, aged 11, 8 and 21 months. The whole experience was so different. We had the frills cabin with shower, made beds and towels. It wasn't cheap, but it was pretty amazing, back to basics experience. The welcome was good, the scenery was beautiful and it was fun to cook...

I've never left a review on Tripadvisor before but we've just had such a brilliant weekend that I feel compelled to write something. This was glamping at its best - all the romance of camping (torches and candles in the evenings, campfires, being woken up by the birds) and none of the hassle (really well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds etc)....

We loved our weekend at New Barns Farm....we were very lucky staying 3-5 October and I think we got the last warm & sunny weekend of the summer. Felt like we were on holiday from the moment we arrived. Will helped us put all of our packing onto the mini jeep and we all jumped on for a fun &...

We have just come back from a gloriously relaxing 4 night stay here. Will and Hannah are really wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. My 2 children who are girls, aged 2 and 5 didn't want to leave the farm once. They had so much fun feeding the...
