Do not stay at this Motel 6! I stayed there 2 years ago and it has gone down hill! Poor maintenance of the property... people getting rooms to party... I believe some people live there .... very disappointing stay!

You would better off at HOLLAND HOTEL in JERSEY CITY, which U can get to via the PATH train. (Google New Jersey/PATH). And Fyi Bldg is Empire State BUILDING on Fifth Ave.HAVE FUN! It's about a 2 mile walk (or taxi ride) to the station at Milford where you can get trains to upper Manhattan, they take about 2 hours. You would then need to get Transit down to lower Manhattan by subway, probably from Harlem, so probs 2 trains, so would take best part of 3 hours by public transport I would think. I should however point out that I don't live in the USA, this was just research I did about getting to NYC
