Had the pleasure of staying at the historic Whaler's Inn. What a find!! Located in downtown Mystic, it was within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was lovely. Can't wait to return!!

We always go some place for Valentine's Day and this year we chose the Whaler Inn in Mystic, CT. We hadn't been there in over 25 years and the rates were so reasonable, that we did not know what to expect. Boy were we happily surprised. Check-in was very pleasant and Karen explained everything to us. Our room, #26 was...

I spent a winter getaway weekend at the Whaler's Inn along with my wife and another couple. Our room was located in the Stonington House. The room was spacious and immaculately clean with a large bathroom and shower. The other couples room was located in the Noank House where the room and bath were considerably smaller but the view of...

My boyfriend and I took an impromptu overnight to Mystic and stayed at the Whalers Inn. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely appointed. It was really nice to stay in a room that felt less like a hotel and more like home. I asked for a later check II...

My daughter and I spend one night in this cozy / chic hotel. We both had a wonderful time! The staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave me very good advices on places to go for a meal and for my daughter to have fun. The location is perfect, plenty of things to do by just walking around the hotel....

We stayed here just after the February snowstorm. As Californians we were not used to snow. Our room 51 was warm and comfortable and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located for the seaport and restaurants in town.

If you are looking for turn of the century charm Whaler's Inn is it. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The heat was temporarily out of commission and our room was quite cold, they were able to move us to another room immediately. The included breakfast is more than adequate.

We needed a hotel unexpectedly and thought The Whaler's Inn would do the job. Our room, #26, had been recently renovated and seemed OK for the price. Then, we tried to get some sleep. Unfortunately, that was not an option since there is an older heating system of some sort that generated those classic "banging pipes" noises. And unfortunately, that...
