We stayed with our two children, 10 & 12 yrs old for two night....a beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and perfectly located between Mystic and Stonnington CT. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Visited for a single night, June 13, 2015. As the reviewer for this same date of stay said, the rooms are dated, but clean, clean, clean! There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap and towels galore. The Taber family is most gracious and the property is charming and ideally located; close to everything, but tucked away enough to be...

My wife and I decided to get away for 2 nights and found Mystic, CT to be a charming and historic place to visit. We selected the Taber Inne because of the positive reviews we found here on TripAdvisor. We found the entire staff at the Taber to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We...

We chose Taber Inne after reviewing the Trip Advisor Reviews. The rates were reasonable when compared to other hotels. We booked over the phone and it was an easy and informative experience. We received an e mail a week before arriving to see if there was anything that we would need to make us comfortable. On arrival we were brought...

We had two rooms for three generations of family, and I thought after being there two nights it would be perfect for groups of family, like a family reunion, friends or even a business meeting or retreat. The people/Staff including the owners and manager are terrific and there are several different buildings with different types of rooms, and privacy while...

You can't beat Mystic for a late May/early June getaway whether you live, as our group did in nearby RI, less than 2 hr. away in Boston, or in the midwest in Columbus, OH. Mystic and surrounds have lots to offer: food, scenery, ships, museums, aquarium, family camping in Burlingame, beaches and easy access and not a lot of congestion...

Ourselves and another couple booked a night at The Taber Inn on a quick trip to CT. It was very New England-y and charming as was the owning family. Very clean, comfortable and roomy. When we checked in the gentleman asked if we had definite plans. Since we did not he was very helpful in getting us oriented to the...

I booked my stay for me and my girlfriend. We were seeing a show at Foxwoods and I thought it would be nice if we could stay the night in the area and then see the mystic aquarium in the morning before heading back home. The hotel is not very hard to get to, just be careful as you get...

I really enjoyed the Taber Inne - location was perfect for walking to downtown Mystic. They have some great Restaurants within walking distance as well. Place was very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. I definitely would stay there again. I just happen to see this Inn listed online & thought it would be more quaint then the Howard...

This was our first experience at the Taber Inne. I doubt that we will stay any place else when we return to Mystic. Maggie was amazing! My children fell in love with her right away. She was so welcoming as we received hugs the moment we walked in. We were treated as if we had been going there for years....
