Beautiful place, very nice and comfortable. The innkeepers could not have been more accomodating or friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. You simply can't go wrong here. This is my official B&B whenever I'm in Mystic.

My wife and I stayed at the Mermaid Inn for 3 days/2 nights during the summer. The Inn is in excellent condition and located in a perfect spot, walking distance to downtown Mystic as well as the Seaport. It's only a short drive to the aquarium. The Inn itself was wonderful. Breakfast was top notch and there were always snacks,...

We stayed here for one night as a couple. The B&B is so cute in a nice little neighborhood, within walking distance to everything. When you arrive you are welcomed as a friend. Parking: The B&B offers off street parking, with plenty of space for everyone. This is great, since we were there during the summer when the area was...

We spent 5 nights at the delightful B&B and wanted more. Josephine provided a wonderful oasis for us after we had spent 3 weeks visiting big cities. The room was cosy and comfortable with a view through to the water. Breakfast was a yummy experience and we couldn't wait to see the menu for the next day! Josephine catered for...

Josephine is definitely the perfect hostess. And those cookies are to die for! My wife was sneaking them everytime she passed :) Very conveniently located near the town. Just a quick walk around the corner. Be sure to dine at Abbotts in nearby Noank. Lobster and seafood galore and the New England feast is amazing. If in Mystic again we...

I came across the Mermaid Inn on TripAdvisor and am happy to report that the excellent reviews were spot on! The place is an ideal B&B with wonderful touches and a great hostess! Our room was cozy yet totally updated. The Inn is conveniently located; small, allowing for total personalized service...and while we were a little concerned about noise because...

Using the guidance of Trip Advisor, I booked a room at the Mermaid Inn in Mystic, CT. My sister-in-law had given me a different recommendation, but TA has never steered me wrong. This was our first stay in a B&B, so I was a litle nervous, but excited. When we arrived in Mystic, I called Josephine, the owner, before we...

Having just returned today from my charming trip to Mystic Seaport, i need to make it quite clear how lovely this B&B is... and im pretty picky, i love b&bs.. the memory is still alive and well in the freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookie i'm devouring right now, which the innkeeper, Josephine, gave me before i left as a...

This is the nicest B & B we've ever used and rate it as excellent in every way. It is in a prime location, within walking distance to town and other attractions. One can easily walk to Mystic Seaport, local businesses and restaurants. It is even within walking distance to the Amtrak train station! We traveled by train and never...

We found the Mermaid Inn to be a warm, comfortable B&B whose owner, Josephine, made us feel extremely at home and added wonderful touches, such as, the yummy choc chip cookies with nuts, and of course a delicious 3 course breakfast. We'd go back.
