The two clear downsides of this hotel are well documented - the internet is very slow and they do charge $30 for parking. That being said, everything else about this hotel that is important is very good - location, cleanliness, beds, etc. We stayed here for just one night but I would not hesitate to stay here again given the...

I see some recent reviewers said they had internet trouble there -- I don't doubt their experience and urge the hotel to address it, but my experience was different: I spend 6 hours working from the hotel room a couple days ago, with heavy internet use, and I had 0 problems. It was very fast. The room was very comfortable...

Nice room, friendly staff but the internet sucks. Even the shower gels and shampoos are not replaced. You have to ask for the same. The breakfast spread is ok. The best part of the hotel is its location. Near to all restaurants and Yale.

I stayed at the hotel for one night for a business trip to Yale University. The location is central, the hotel is nice, the service friendly, however internet connectivity was virtually nothing. The staff put me in touch with their service provider, SafetyNet/CallTek, and I spent an hour on the phone without resolution. Pity that my experience at this nice...

Nice restaurants to eat nearby. Good hotel bar & restaurant also. Clean nice room. Friendly staff! Lots of Thai places with great food and a good coffee shop to go and work. Very convenient if you have work in Yale University .

First off, let me give a warning to those traveling with a car--parking is $30 A NIGHT here. They don't list that anywhere. If you can't afford that, take a cab. There are plenty of restaurants and cool sites within walking distance, so you don't even really need a car. The wifi is severely lacking. It went out every few...

This was by far one of the best stays I ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean, comfortable and made for a great stay away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is the best place to stay if you are visiting the campus at Yale. The hotel is clean and extremely convenient to the campus. The pastry bar at The Study has great food. The bets thing is the restaurant in The Study. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and always smiling.

Have stayed at this hotel about 4 times. Love the hotel and the vibe. But every single time I'm here and decide to eat in the restaurant or order room service I am so sorry I did. It takes forever. Kitchen must be chaotic. I ordered room service tonight and first was told 25 min. Then they called and said...
