We are doing the South West Coastal Path and having struggled to find any affordable, decent accommodation in Woolacombe found this absolute gem. Stay here. Although inland (and transport required,) it is absolutely worth the effort. The bus from and back to Woolacombe stops right outside. The hosts are welcoming (tea and cake with a smile on arrival) and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast available from 8. A relatively new provider- but share the good news!

Fantastic guest house run by Jayne and Terry. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. Even an honesty bar! Lovely modern rooms with tea, coffee in room. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in large containers in shower. Parking at the front. Probably the best B and B we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10

We could not fault anything about our stay in this lovely guest house.
The accessible room, was well laid out and excellent for a wheelchair.
Every where was. Comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean.
Great wet room. The breakfast was also good, freshly cooked, lovely fruit, and yoghurt.
Jayne was a was. Welcoming friendly host , who was, very helpful, with a good knowledge of the area.
We would highly recommend this guest house.

We had a wonderful two day stay with Jayne and Terry and wish we could have stayed longer! They are the perfect hosts and everything about High Ways was excellent. Jayne serves a delicious breakfast and the guest house is absolutely spotless. Our family room was beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable beds. Fantastic extra touches include tea and cake on arrival and an honesty bar. This is a great spot for exploring the local area and beaches. We even saw seals. Thanks Jayne and Terry!

Beautiful Guest house with amazing views, the rooms are light and airy and spotlessly clean in every way. Jayne and Terry were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and homely as can be. Lovely fresh food every morning with plenty of variety for the adults and children. A must go place to stay! We are looking at booking again already. Thankyou for being amazing 💖

Arrived Saturday PM after a longer than expected drive due to motorway delays.
Met by Derek the proprietor who helped with luggage and showed us room.
Absolutely gobsmacked it was fantastic!
Large bedroom with king size bed,tv wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table with mirrors and plenty of plug points. The room was bright having 2 double windows overlooking fields and coast. Beautifully decorated with new carpets and fittings of the highest standard.
But that wasn’t it all . It had another room with comfortable sofa and large wall mounted TV , Tea and Coffee and biscuits all supplied, and a great view of Coast .
Fabulous en-suite, shower boarding throughout and a great shower cubicle.
Cannot find fault in anything.
Breakfast was massive, offering everything you wanted, from fruit , cereal , Yogurt, full English vegetarian. Home made bread in white or whole meal. Tea , coffee and a welcoming conversation.
Cannot speak anymore highly of this accommodation. Thoroughly recommend, and great location for Woolacombe and Ilfracombe and surrounding area

Just left after a wonderful 4 days here with my mum.
The owners are so lovely it feels as though you are visiting family rather than staying at a bed and breakfast.
Location is perfect just 2.5 miles from ilfracombe or woolacombe.
Rooms are lovely and comfy and the breakfasts are amazing all cooked fresh to order as well as fresh fruits yoghurt and cereals.
Was a lovely treat getting welcome with tea and home made cake on arrival too.
Thanks for a lovely stay we will definitely be back

This elegant and sophisticated house is enhanced by the genuine warmth of the welcome extended to all guests. A variety of superb breakfasts are offered and, if required, excellent 'farmhouse' style evening meals with a different menu each day. But be warned! Chris, the co-owner and cook, is not very good at portion control, and ensures that 'hungry' is a word that is simply unknown at this excellent B&B. Rooms are delightfully furnished with either en-suite or private bathroom facilities. Whatever the weather outside, inside you are offered great comfort and relaxation. What a lovely establishment!

Ideal location ,spotless accomodation and great hosts.........But what set the bench mark was the very welcombe pot of tea with 3 yes 3 tea bags which made such a pleasant surrise to something that resembles a cup of hot milk !!!!...Oh and yes the accompanying Victoria Sponge
