Our tour group was not supposed to stay here, but a snafu at the other hotel saw us all at the Dunloe - and what a fortunate foul-up it was, for us! This is a very, very nice property, from the front entrance with its magnificent salmon fish fountain, to the spacious rooms, to the views, to the food. Our...

Stayed as part of tour group, but still received 5 star service. Lovely grounds made for walks. Castle ruins short garden path walk from hotel. Views of surrounding Gap of Dunloe area are magnificent. Dinner at Garden Café was excellent. Would surely stay again.

The setting of the Dunloe is truly spectacular! The property is located near the Gap of Dunloe with a incredible view of the Gap from our room. The breakfast was very good and service was excellent. The front of the hotel and lobby are also quite extraordinary. However the rooms do not seem to fit the same decor. The hallway...

The Dunlop was so beautiful, with such a peaceful and scenic setting. The view from our room was lovely, and the delicious breakfast each morning, watching the golden horses, sheep and cows graze in the sparkling green pastures was enough to lower one's blood pressure by 10 points! The grounds and castle were all photogenic, and the stars for our...

The hotel was built in 1965, it has been modernized so there is the charming style of past decades paired with top level modern decor and technique. There is also a 25 m lane...
