We returned to Mayflower for our anniversary again this year. We had a nice stay and spent most of our time at the spa. The relaxation room is truly special and the chairs are so comfortable. Beyond that we didn't do much else, but found it to be relaxing. The food is delicious, although I think breakfast should be included...

My husband and I just got back from an anniversary trip to the Mayflower Grace. I'll start off with a positive -- the spa is amazing. It's beautiful and the services are excellent. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable. Now for everything else: 1) When we called to make a reservation, we told there was a three night minimum for...

The reality of the physical facilities matches the beautiful pictures. From there things go downhill. My friend an I had dinner in the outdoor dining room last night. We were the first ones there. I know that early dinners seem to be a thing for older people, but to see the grounds in the daylight and be on a sun...

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. The food was good but the service was not. Messed up our order, did not adjust the bill. Asked for check multiple times but waiter had disappeared. Did not check me in to open table which is just annoying. They were very apologetic but not what we expected.

Just back from a short stay. Kind of shocking how over-hyped and overrated this place is. Trying to be balanced here: The positives: the Spa is outstanding, and the food is OK to good. However, the negatives are much more numerous: insanely tired rooms--have not been refurbished in 20 or so years, largely amateurish and very young staff that make...

I discovered the Spa while staying at the Inn last February. The setting for this Spa is serene, the decor is exquisite and the service is warm and friendly. I have since returned a half dozen times and each time I return, my experience is wonderful. The staff makes a great effort to accommodate any request you may have. They...

This is a beautiful hotel that has a restaurant on site, just off parlor areas. Historic property that big guys from New York City back in the day would come dine and relax. Tea houses on the property were the weekend homes for these guys. Property is totally updated hanging on tight to the original expression of the architecture of...

The Mayflower Grace is a charming inn located in Litchfield County, Ct. It is set on a terrific piece of land that is beautifully manicured. The service is first class and the restaurant is excellent. My wife got a facial at the spa which she rated as "the best facial she's ever had." Our major knock on the hotel was...

Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was enormous, spotless, comfortable with lovely amenities (even including essential oils for a pretty aroma). Spa facilities and treatments were immaculate and soooo relaxing. Every member of the staff was friendly and literally couldn't do enough for us❣ And the food -- I'm out of superlatives. Only miss was a calamari app off the...
